Council Agenda Item: ZD Fills District 7 "Option" (Re: Padilla's Vacancy)

Now that District 7 Councilmember Alex Padilla will be vacating his seat to become "State Senator" Padilla (yeah, yeah), it paves the way for Zuma Dogg (who declared residency, today, in District 7) to provide the "option" needed to fill this City vacancy. AND, thank you for those who voted for Prop. R, because although the flyers said it "limits Councilmembers to 12 years", it actually allows people like Zuma Dogg, Tom Lebong and even worse, Wendy Greuel to serve for 14 years. Yeah, yeah...get ready for the 14 year era of Zuma Dogg, coming soon to CD 7.
