A. Yep, the brother. Mark is very disliked by the Sylmar Community and it has become SOP to go against anything that Mark proposes and he has been caught in some bait and switch activities.
Bill Handel refers to himself as a Latino Jew because he was born in Brazil. His father escaped the Nazis there. But he came to the US when he was 5. So does that make him Latino? I don't know.
Christina Aguilera, whose father was from Spain, calls herself a Latina. But she was raised by her Anglo mother alone, without her father, in Ohio. Latina? Not like our Latinas here.
