It is rumored by a tipster that on Friday Villaraigosa will nominate Jane Usher to serve on the Planning Commission. She is a former Mayor Bradley legal counsel and widow of Harry Usher.According to the Palisadian-Post, Flora Krisiloff, community activist, chairwoman of the Brentwood Community Council, and recent candidate for Council District 11, will join County Supervisor Zev Yaroslavsky's office as senior field deputy starting September 23.

It was rumored today, M. Villaraigosa has cancelled two events with Huizar, too upset at the poll and be a sink or swim day for Huizar on election day.
I heard the same thing about AV not being happy with Jose's deflated campaign. However, AV is not telling Jose he is unhappy so Jose will not drop out. AV is hoping for an eleventh hour miracal. The last thing AV wants is to have to see Pachuecos face at City Hall. Each day it looks more and more like we will be stuck with six years of Pachueco.
Hey Jose get ride of your volunteer coordinator Eric Robles. He is useless. He is not able to get the volunteer's the campaighn desperatley need's to win.

Antonio is already trying to cozy up to Pacheco. Overheard at the East L.A. 16th of September Parade, Antonio to Nick, "I've got to give you credit, the only person working harder in politics is me." Then they shook hands. All this while Huizar was sitting dumbfounded in his decorated care looking on. Antonio didn't get this far by being a fool, he sees the writing on the wall.

Of course Eric Robles is bungling things at the campaign. Do you think he has any campaign experience? Look at who his boss is, Lucille Allard - the last political race she was in was her father's 1948 city council race. The district was handed to her in 1987 out of respect for old man Roybal. She's never been challenged and performs her job accordingly - when you don't earn your spot you don't respect it. What could she teach Eric Robles, where the best sales are?
What about the getty house move by MAV? Does the city incur additional expenses by the family living there? Is this most proper thing to do given the current "budget crisis" that MAV describes? Or did he go to D.C. to secure funding for him to live in the mansion?
He's going to DC to secure money to campaign for Governor. This is the second trip to DC in the last 2 weeks

Ok so what do you observers think...AV is cozing up to Pacheco, forming a different alliance if he wins, and when did this happen?
Of course, that guy who claimed to be Chief Parker took the fall for Villaraigosa. Some one had to take the blame. It would be embarrassing for Villaraigosa being caught red handed. Dear old Huggy Boy and AV had this account going. It is all a sham.

I am not a friend of the Mayor (except Mayor Frank).
I have never met Antonio Villaraigosa, never even seem him in person.
I am not a friend of Bob Hertzberg, but I have met him twice in my life. Once, when I was invited to a reception for Cruz Bustmante in 2000, and another time (chance meeting) last year at the Starbucks in Sherman Oaks. I have also had one telephone conversation with Hertzberg, that was in 1996 when he was running for assembly and he called me and asked me to vote for him. I did vote for him everytime that he ran for something and he is one of the few politicians whose ideas I like.
So keep investigating.
In fact - to show you how little of connection I have to the Hug man, Hertzberg bought ads on Kevin Roderick's blog - and others - but not mine. The only thing close to it was we got a random Google ad for Hertzberg. That probably earned us 5 cents.
Also Stuart Waldman will tell you that he was pissed at me for not getting involved in volunteering for Hertzberg. I simply did not have the time due to other interests.
So if you wish to continue to imply these is sort of relationship between me and Bob Hertzberg or Antonio Villaraigosa, financial or otherwise, you are bordering on slander.
Oh by the way - I doubt I would ever do anything with Zev - I endorsed his opponent two elections ago. So to say Zev has anything to do with this blog is a joke.
To the anon investigating, don't waste your time. I disagree with the mayor, it is not slander, but none of this is really worth it. AV won and Hahn lost, that was it.

I think it means inspector gadget has too much time on his hands. Perhaps instead of investigating who owns a blog, since nobody really cares... he should read that hilarious fake news about the power outage and write some funny stuff like that. We need more laughter around here.

If so, then these ten people had the password to login and post as the character, so they must be friends. This would get even more interesting if we find out for example that Trujillo allowed people like Parke Skelton, Villaraigosa, Ace Smith, or any other campaign participant to post using his name and password, the plot thickens.

Let's see if this gets deleted again. Why is Antonio creating After School Programs in LOUSISANA? LA TIMES today, Calif. Section. We need them here in LA with all the gang violence. The Community Deve. Agency is also setting aside $300,000 for more housing for about 5,000 evacuees coming to LA. We are in debt about $300 million and Antonio keeps spending money like water. Why didn't the taxpayers have a say in all this money he's spending? How much is the gala El Grito costing us that's going on Today and Tomorrow at city hall?
The only accomplishments Antonio can name is now he's going to fill 35,000 potholes and he's having a citywide community clean up. Great, residents are picking up brooms with the lack of leadership with this mayor.

Mayor Sam there is no connection, and Mayor Frank connected to Hertzberg, big deal. The one that bothers me is Mr. Michael (Mike) Trujillo.
After reading the posts, I find it odd he disclosed of ten people using his account here at Mayor Sam's Sister City. The 10 people have to be known to him and only him, also he is a behind the scenes operative. This type of shit, he is used to. It does not surprise me that he knowingly blogged here, Villaraigosa, Ace, Skelton and the crew better hope the attorney general does not look further into Trujillo, we might find him going to that freeway you guys tell that cut & paster to go to. I have no issue with you Mayor Frank or with Mayor Sam. Chief Parker aka Michael Trujillo was accused to be an insider. Many anons posted theories and tried to guess on the identity of the Chief, all anons knew he had to be an insider.
Trujillo chose this path. He played with fire, used numerous people, posted on personal lives, released private information to post at this site, all for the big ASS KISS he can give Antonio. He holds the key to the truth on the fake story he fed the L.A. Times and Daily news. A subpoena will not shut this guy from blurting out the truth, the court must intervene. The law must find out if local politicians & their consultants meddled here and posted fabrications, personal information, and made slanderous statements of other politicians and their personal lives.
What does the court have to do with a local blog? Nothing but empty threats from local political operatives. I won't speculate who you are, but your spin games are lame. And don't try to spin that either.
This blog did a service for LA. If you little political operatives and Villaraigosa haters think otherwise then why do you continue to monitor and post on this blog? Nayor Sam is somehow associated with AV whether he will admit or not. Am I the only one who notices that when an article is posted and it goes negative on AV all of a sudden Mayor Sam posts 4 more articles so the blogs get way to the bottom? Mayor Sam you have never posted so many articles in one day that are all these long posts. It started when they outed you.
As for Trujillo, he's a snake. He slandered, defamed and out right attacked innocent people on this blog using "Chief Parker."
Jose is doomed. Everyone knows including all his inside staff that are telling everyone in the community Jose is really worried. The tension is so thick at every community meeting Jose goes to. You should have seen it last night! Jose screwed up by aligning himself to AV.

AV maybe alot of things,but stupied he is not. He has been rather friendly to Pacheco. Anyone who knows Av knows he HATES Pacheco. Nevertheless, AV's politicaly smart self knows it is NOT looking well for his boy Huizar. So he's making nice with Pacheco. Not a bad idea considering Pacheco is looking like the front runner these days. An older and wiser Pacheco has been heard saying when he wins he will embrass everyone, even folks that did not support him. Infact I hear he'll make a special effort to extend the olive branch to those who did not support him and ask how he can help THEM. Wow! That is NOT the same Pacheco who in 99 punished his non supporters. Give the man credit he's learned humility, BRAVO TO PACHECO!!
