Now why would Alex Padilla have to introduce Antonio at the budget meeting on Oct. 1st? This is so pretentious, over the top b.s.

Antonio can't do anything like normal people. He always has to make a photo op out of every damn event.
What the hell is Antonio doing in Burbank on our tax dollars?
BURBANK, Calif. -- Now that Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa has been dismissed from jury duty, he is helping volunteers in Burbank build Habitat for Humanity homes. The homes will be sent to the Gulf Coast to help hurricane victims.

Word on the street is AP is now getting paid a Field Deputy salary vs. a councilmember.
I was looking for that article like that in the LA Times or Daily News.
I saw a piece on the KTLA morning news.

Jury duty over? What's next? Filling potholes, riding mass transit (sorry, done that already). How about baking cookies for inmates? Or, handing out maps of DOWNTOWN PASADENA to homeless derelicts on skidrow (for when they head home)? Maybe rescuing beached whales off an L.A. shoreline? Ever the "do-gooder; always the do-NOTHING!"

Then again, there a lot of media folks out in Burbank. Media Folks he'll need on his side for a successful run against Movie Star turned Governor Swarzenneger.

Shouldn't Antonio be working on some big accomplishment to announce next week when his 100 days are up? What is he going to say citywide clean up and potholes? This is what LA has as a mayor!@#$%

AV's planning to announce that he and his mayoral staff started 800 FAKE NEIGHBORHOOD WATCHES in his first 100 days.
