Would You Believe?

Don Adams, best known for his portrayal of the wise-cracking, bumbling secret agent, Maxwell Smart, in the 1960s sitcom, Get Smart, has passed away at the of 82 due to complications of a lung infection.

As seen in this photo, Maxwell Smart had the forerunner to the cell phone with his shoe phone.

Adams also hosted the 1970s reality show Don Adams Screen Test and appeared in the 80s sitcom, Check It Out. In addition, he provide the voices for cartoon charcters Inspector Gadget and Tennessee Tuxedo.
