Typical, sensational, race-baiting LA Times reporting. At this time, the motive of the shooting isn't known, but that doesn't stop the reporter from milking every black vs. latino angle that he can. Cool when you want to make your story intersting and stand out. Not so cool when people start killing each other over perceived "tension" or when the city erupts in flames.
