Michael Jackson Verdict Reached
This is usually not our beat, but its a big story. Jurors in the Michael Jackson molestation trial have reached a verdict. About 1:30 this afternoon, it will be announced in open court.

not guilty!
I hear that Rolando Cuevas was out there with a sign saying "Wacko Jacko did it!" and as soon as the verdict was read, he ran to his car and pulled out a "Long live Thriller!" sign.
Interesting that CNN and all the other sites have Jacko as their lead BUT Court TV has their lead of the girl who got lost in Arruba. You have to click to a second page to read about Jacko.
I think Court TV and Diane Diamond were pulling for a guilty verdict and they are PISSED.

It just goes to show that celebrities can get away with murder (O.J. Robert Blake) and molesting children in this country. We are the laughing stock all over the world.
Jackson was guilty. Why else would he pay $20 million to a child who accused him 20 years ago?
Just like O.J. we all know he is guilty and I hope his career goes down the toliet. The jurors sound like a bunch of groupies.
Just like ADV - got away with lying, constantly, surrounded by a bunch of groupies...

three times, no way--homeboy is guilty as hell. If he doesnt learn by #3 that you dont sleep with little boys that you could get in trouble, then he deserves everything he gets. too bad the jurors were star struck.
maybe he will do us all a favor and move out of the country
Remember, "Not Guilty" does not eqaul "Innocent".
We should include another option; "Not Proven".
Bad witnesses and bad records created doubt; Hell, I think he's guilty as sin, but I could never have convicted him because I understand "reasonable doubt".

"Jackson Found Guilty on All Counts"
Jackson, 46, was found guilty of all counts against him: four counts of committing a lewd act on a child; one count of conspiracy to commit child abduction, false imprisonment and extortion; one count of attempting to commit a lewd act on a child; and four counts of administering an intoxicating agent to assist in the commission of a felony. The charges stemmed from incidents involving his then 13-year-old accuser in February and March 2003.
Sentencing was scheduled for August 15th where it is likely he will receive a jail term of five or more years.
