Alarcon Leads In Poll

PollOur Mayoral Poll is over and if the votes on Tuesday go the way of our poll, we'll have a runoff beteween Richard Alarcon and Bob Hertzberg. I guess the anti-Antonio people are strongest here on the Sister City as Tony Villar came in a distant fourth place to Jim Hahn. And if our results mean anything (and we're not saying they do) Wacko Walter is in trouble having been bested nearly 2-1 by Billy Wyatt.

Richard Alarcon 32 %(115 votes)
Ted Crisell 0 %(0 votes)
Jim Hahn 21 %(75 votes)
Bob Hertzberg 24 % (87 votes)
Martin Luther Aubrey King 0 %(2 votes)
Wendy Lyons 0 %(1 votes)
Addie Miller 0 %(1 votes)
Walter Moore 0 %(2 votes)
Bernard Parks 1 %(7 votes)
Antonio Villaraigosa 15 % (56 votes)
Bill Wyatt 1 % (5 votes)
Total votes 351

The Alarcon supporters deserve respect for sticking to their guns and raising the call for reform to a higher level. They'll be equally anti-Villaraigosa as they were anti-Hahn, because AV is an old-school career politician in the same mold.

wow, only 351 people that visit this site. Great sampling! Just shows that the 50K hits are those 351 people hitting constantly through the day.

Seeing as how I can have a say, if voters have their say on March 8th, they will elect someone who is NOT a career politician period!

Which means that Hum-dum Hahn will be out of a job, Bully Bob will be out of a job, Villianous Villaraigosa will still advocate illegals' rights (although they have none), Pouty Parks will be respected but forgotten, Ample Alarcon will go back to Sacramento, Whimpy Wyatt will go back to San Francisco where he belongs with other "Democrats" like himself, and Sissy Sammy will continue ranting about the wrongs in society while he continues to sit on his ass and do nothing productive about it.

Meanwhile, Walter Moore will be sitting comfortably at City Hall watching over and fixing a city badly in need of new leadership, fair leadership, and common sense leadership.

Obvious the ALarcon people are just coming out on this blog. I couldn't be happier that they are going hard after ADV in his own district. Love the Alarcon signs in CD14. Bitter Bernie with only 7 doesn't surprise me. He's a corrupt ex-police chief and he's lying through his teeth on 3-12. HOw dare that asshole say officers only work 3 days. You f----ng loser they work 3 days 12 hours and if they get felony arrest its usually 20 hours. On their days off they have to go to court. If I see that whimp idiot I will tell him off. Where's Meat been? Funny he's not responding to his boss getting slammed again

If Walter Moore is responsible for anything in this race, it will be electing Antonio Villaraigosa. I believe he's a plant (or some kind of vegetable) to get Republicans confused so they believe they have a chance, with their 20 percent, of electing a mayor, rather than trying to build a reasonable coalition of non-lefties. Moore supporters (all three of you on this blog) - if it's ADV leading after the primary, THANK WALTER for leading the city further and further to the left. And the sad thing is, he's not EVEN Republican enough for the local party leaders (how BAD to you have to be in a race against 5 Dems, NOT to get the GOP nod)?
