Smoking Gun?

Today we received photos showing Jim Hahn re-election signs stored at what looks like a city sanitation facility. The signs look like they are being stored for eventual placement somewhere.

Are city workers being used on the Mayor's re-election campaign?

Stay tuned.

**NOTE - For some reason our new photo album on Tripod doesn't allow us to link to the photo. So until we figure something else out - we set up a bogus product in our web store that has the photo - click here **

RICO should pay a little visit to Mayor Hahn. I thought this stuff only happened in my old haunts in New York...looks like Los Angeles is getting a dose of realty when it comes to corruption and law breaking at the top of the power pyramid.

PUH-leeze, a half dozen signs leaned up against a wall somewhere is "storage" on the scale of mafia-level corruption and graft? Who's the conspiracy theorist now, MEAT? What's next, accusations that Slim Jim has two "Re-elect Me" buttons in his glove compartment and is USING UP EXTRA CITY GAS to transport them while on sity business!!!! Truthless Tony's blog-protege needs a better diversion than that.

Smoking gun? Come on Mayor Sam, you've done so much better. Are these the "dramatic" tell-alls Ground Beef was bragging about. Why waste our time with this wet water pistol.

Hey, here's a thot. Maybe they were placed illegally on city property by the Mayor's supporters (round them ALL up and have them shot), and sanitation folks were asked to dispose of them (That's what they do, right? Dispose of stuff).

You may think it insignificant now, but wait until tomorrow's paper. Mayor Sam is onto something.

And no, I am not an Antonio supporter.

What desperation. C'mon guys. Give me a break. That's really corruption at its worst. If thats the big break MEAT Head was talking about yesterday then I've wasted my day in anticipation. Antonio using old campaign money now that's corruption

Ok, how do we know that someone like that Meat head guy who is a crazy Antonio supporter didn't get those signs and take the photos to sabatoge and use to post here? He's such a fanatic that it wouldn't surprise me in the least. I'm sure he's cruising the city just looking for photos to take. I have a feeling he could have planted them just to get the attention he's getting now for giving it up to Mayor Sam. Mayor Sam how could you fall for such a prank????????

Mayor Sam's got something hot -- Jimmy K. better get out of the kitchen, he's about to get burned. The story is big and going to get bigger.

There's a growing number of them in CD14, too. Antonio's home district -- but they're not in storage.

This makes sense now...the similar stacks of signs were at the SEIU Local 347 building at Wilshire and St paul on Monday night; Tuesday they end up in a City truck yard...

So here's the BIG breaking story from today's Daily News (BTW, not THE paper, previous poster):

"More than 20 campaign lawn signs for Mayor James Hahn were stored for at least 12 hours Monday at a municipal yard, despite campaign laws that forbid political activity on city property." Union says, sorry, we goofed, just taking them to an employees car. . . Next "scandal" please?

Chief Parker's obviously been smoking old LAPD dress blues in unventilated spaces, again, if this is BIG!

what a let down, Chief! You don't think you are being manipulated by Antonio's little mini-me of a spin doctor?

Mini-me...that's funny. Where do you people come up with this material. You must work on SNL. No, you can't cause that would mean you live in NYC. Maybe you work on one of those UPN shows.

Spin away detractors...spin away for your boss Jim Hahn

Chief Parker - maybe its time to post the other photo and send it over to Beth at the Daily News at the same time.

Poor Jim Hahn got caught with his peter hanging out again. Well that's nothing new!

Such teases. What's the plan of attack, reveal the location of 20 new "stored" Hahn signs every day until the election? Even the DN won't milk the same story that long.

These anti-Hahn posts make me feel more confident every day that passes. Going after little signs is a sure sign of desperation. This is the thinking of small minded people. Think out of the box. Look at the big picture. Hahn has more endorsements and more support from people citywide. You all are in denial and need to come to grips with it.
