HMMMM, isn't one of REED SPIT'S "idols" - the OH SO misunderstood Nick Pacheco gonna have to answer some REALLY tough questions now??
Wasn't he the City's TOP admininstrative officer for a good portion of the time in question - brought in as PAYBACK for favors by NOW-recalled ex-felon councilmember Robert Urteaga, before the Montebellians got a good wiff of them both?
Where there's SMOKE - "TRICKY NICKY" never seems TOO far away.

2.50 Pacheco was interim asst. administrator for 2 weeks. This has nothing to do with him. The City Administrator for 15 years, Richard Torres, will have to answer this one.
