Twenty-plus candidates pull papers for CD 15 Special Election

Who out of these twenty candidates will replace former CD City Councilwoman Janice "Babs" Hahn?
Are the number of  "paper-pullers" for the vacant CD 15 City Council seat indicative of the current state of the politico job market? With high noon yesterday (Saturday) being the deadline to pull papers from the City Clerk, the twenty-plus "paper-pullers" have until September 12 to either.pay $500 and collect 500 signatures of register CD 15 voters or waive the fee and collect 1,000 signatures, as noted by the Daily Breeze. As of the time of this post, only one candidate Joe Buscaino has filed his completed paper work for approval

Via the Ethics Commission webpage, here are the names of the twenty candidates for CD 15 after the jump.

** As a public service, we remind register CD 15 voters that they can sign the petition papers for more than one candidate up to all.

DOES ANYONE REALLY KNOW ANY OF THESE CANDIDATES OR WHAT THEY REPRESENT, PROBLEM #1 DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW THEY CAN FIND OUT WHAT THEY STAND FOR, PROBLEM #2 IF YOU KNOW ANYTHING, WHO OUT THERE WITH ANY KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THEM WILL TAKE THE TIME TO SHARE IT IN A HONEST TRUTHFUL WAY, PROBLEM #3. WHAT IS LACKING IN LOCAL POLITICS IS A MEANS TO REACH THE MAJORITY OF ACTIVE VOTERS WHO VOTE. THIS ELECTION WILL BE DECIDED BY 20% OF THE REGISTERED VOTERS TOPS. SOMETHING CLEARLY HAS TO CHANGE IF WE EXPECT TO SEE A MORE OPEN AND DEMOCRATIC ELECTION WITH CANDIDATES WHO RESPOND TO PUBLIC COMMENT AND WILL. WE KEEP REPEATING THE SAME LOSER APPROACH TO LOS ANGELES POLITICS WITH THE SAME DIRE RESULTS.
