Wisconsin Republican state senator Dan Kapanke to be Recalled

But...but...but... what?

Activists in Wisconsin have gathered the necessary number of signatures needed to recall Republican Senator Dan Kapanke. Sen. Kapanke voted in favor of Governor Walker's anti-union Budget Reform Bill which ignited protests in Madison and around the country. Sen. Kapanke is the first of what is expected to be numerous successful recall efforts across the state. A drive to oust Governor Scott Walker is scheduled to begin after the governor serves one year in office and becomes eligible for recall. The LaCrosse County Republican Party has begun preparations for the recall election .

Joe,

I tend to agree with you on political matters, however, does this qualify as "Breaking News" or not?

It's really tough to tell with you these days, given that you ONLY report things like this if it's a Republican, conservative or Tea Party type.

I don't remember you being so vocal when, for instance, Gray Davis was recalled.

I guess you should also write that you THINK he'll be recalled, rather than writing in misleading form, that he is "on his way to" being recalled.

Every day, you make Red Spot look like a thorough fact checker.

Why aren't you writing about the WI union's strong arm tactics against small businesses that they need to put a "we support worker rights" sign in their windows lest they face boycotss by AFSCME.

It's called extortion.

Put our sign in your window "or else." That's the labor movement for you!

10:00, I probably wasn't vocal about Gray Davis being recalled because I wasn't blogging then. I'm not even sure if blogging or Mayor Sam had been invented by 2003.

"the first of what is expected"

EXPECTED BY WHOM? BY JOE B?

Joe, plenty of politicos have had signatures gathered against them (see: WEISS, JACK), and it never amounts to a hill of beans.

And Jack Weiss was UNIVERSALLY hated. He stayed in office until he lost the City Attorney race.

Joe, I don't see anybody saying this.

You need to prove it.

You have zero credibility when it comes to accurate posting. Certainly not in MY office.
