How Do You Spell Villaraigosa?

The City employee and Teachers' unions expect higher than private sector wages and gold plated pensions?

Isn't that in the same Councilmember's district that does not know how to pronounce the city he represents? Los Angeles as
Los Angle es?

Instead of bragging about the city work they are paid to do, SHUT THE PIE HOLES and save the money for the signs! Just pay for more city services we deserve and pay for!!!!

So how much did that sign cost to make, deliver, and set up?

I know how I would spell Villaraigosa, but it would probably offend.
At least Mayor Antonio isn't busy deleting and covering up his treachery, he wears it as a badge of honor.

On the other hand, it looks like City Attorney Trutanich has a bit of a cover-up going on.

Have you checked out the old Trutanich campaign website recently? http://www.tru09.com

All traces of campaign promises are, gone ...

I can't get a job with the City. Something is so wrong here. Not that I would be printing signs but, I would never spell the Mayor's name wrong on anything. I guess I'm too smart for the City.

10:01 - I never expected a thing from Trutanich. I thought the activists around the city were just reacting badly to City Hall when they jumped on the Trutanich bandwagon.

I take that back. I got exactly what I expected from him. He creeped me out from day one.

I never had the hate for Jack Weiss that the rest of the city did.

1:13pm Trutanich conned a lot people. He played on the frustrations of all those who perhaps foolishly expected more from their elected officials. But he soon turned out to be even worse than Weiss. Worse? Yes, at least we know who Weiss was and what his game was. But Trutanich is really sneaky.

Right now Trutanich is trying to rush an ordinance called the 'ACE Program' through city hall because it promises to divert fines to the city instead of Sacramento. The city is so desperate for cash that they'll probably pass it without realizing that they are not only effectively giving Trutanich the Grand Jury powers he so desperately wants, but the way the ordinance is written, he gets the lions share of the fine money to pay for his costs of running the program.

Jack Weiss as City Attorney would have been bad in any light, given his alighnment with Antonio Villaraigosa. Wendy Greuel as City Controller was the other Villaraigosa component that, as a former council member, should readily been able to identify waste and fraud. No surprise there

Trutanich is a disappointment but Weiss would have pushed the disaster that is the Villaraigosa administration to even higher levels of catering to special interests, as if the council is not doing that enough in their capacities.

Yes, things could be worse.
