Cool...now I have "CM" Alatorre's email. Have some trees that need trimming and sidewalks that need fixed in CD 14. Jose Huizar is unresponsive. Now I can just email the CM directly.

But what is really telling here is how much damage Trujillo feels the Martinez campaign has done to Huizar.
Doesn't the email have a desperate, last hurrah feel to it.

In the Times story, Parke Skelton said the email didn't have "evil intent", Trujillo just wanted the campaign staff to know "...things were going good".
I pity the poor opponent of Trujillo's when things are going bad!

I'm sure Huizar and staff will be buckled down and ready to focus on city business in the district on Monday. I seriously doubt any of this will spill into his council office. It's "Hit The Ground Running Monday!"

Oh the irony - did anyone see Huizar's apology on the news tonight? He says he's so sorry if the words in the email were hurtful, or insulting, or demeaning and all that stuff. As if he's never said and would never say anything hurtful or insulting.( Just wait for the next bombshell he has up his sleeve) What a phony!

What is really sad in all of this is these are Latinos behaving like a bunch of out of control Mexican Cartel gangsters. I agree with those who say in this age of violence especially with what happened to Congresswoman Giffords you don't send emails so threatening. Mr. Martinez should file a police report as this can be considered a "terrorist threat" which is a felony. This isn't funny, it isn't a little bad, It's major serious. The Times didn't report Trujillo ran Hillary Clinton's campaign and Villaraigosa's. He behaved this way towards anyone who was campaigning for Hahn. Sadly, this guy has major mental issues

take way the "good" part, and this is a perfect description of where you've let Red Spot take this blog.
There has never been so much hate, and especially racially-tinged hatred spewed here, especially by commmenters - but egged on by RS and his daily verbal-lynching of one particular elected over what basically comes down to two different interpretation of how "amenities" funds can be spent (and Red Spot's is NOT what the controller and Cit attorney side with).
The racism card is getting so played it really should be laminated.
