Why would anyone watch Fox News?
It's gonna get worse for Cooley from now on. There are still hundreds of thousands of votes to be counted in LA and other Kamala friendly territories. Cooley is paying the price for being suckered into Carmen the Clown's battle with the medical marijuana community - a huge factor in LA.
Trutanich pissed them off when he went back on his word and tried to shut them all down, now Cooley gets what he deserves for grandstanding with the Clown.
And the Clown's hopes to walk into the DA's Office are going down in flames too. I guess it's a double edged sword, the people at his office were looking forward to getting rid of him, and the DA's office were dreading having that egocentric bully as their boss - they're hoping Cooley loses just so they don't have to have the Clown to deal with.

Agree, and to forge better ties with Governor Brewer is a worthy endeavor.
I doubt he's meeting with her, he may have family there or something. Who knows? Surely not Fox.
I can agree with Jerry on his choice for a post election vacation. Hope that Jerry builds upon his visit and push for more partnerships with Arizona businesses.

Jerry's spending his own money, not ours, and believe me, he's so frigging cheap he probably brought his own meals from home.
But he is the elected Governor of California and his Latino allies are who won this second tour for him.

let's not get too giddy. Today's numbers reflect reporting from San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Santa Cruz, the counties carried by Kamala Harris, and she's only leading by 5600 votes. There's still many votes to count, coming from counties carried by Cooley. We won't know who wins this thing until end of the month.
So you are not going call out Jerry?
And the Arizona Boycott is a non-issue?
There's no reason to call out a guy for taking a vacation anywhere he wants to.
There is good reason behind not spending taxpayer money in a state that wants to see your papers.
Joe, we the taxpayers provide Jerry with the salary to travel beyond the state line to Arizona.
But hey, if Arizona is good for the top elected official in California, then save my bar stoll at Big Nose Kate in tombstone.

Can't the immature, baby posters write their posts like grown adult men instead of girls? You should your education level. Did Eric Garcetti twitter when Cooley was up last week ahead of Harris? The problem I have with Harris is she has stated she would NOT enforce the death penalty for cop killers. Meaning, the suspect Green who killed the young Riverside Officer, Harris would allow to sit in jail on our tax dime for life most likely. Is Garcetti's push for Harris because he wants HER to campaign for him for Mayor? IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN GARCETTI MAYOR.

As of 7:50am Saturday morning, Kamala Harris had increased her lead over Cooley to just over 14,000. Trutanich is probably hiding from Cooley who is beginning to realize that the Clown brought him down in LA County.
Trutanich the Clown is also likely furious that his plan to take over the DA's office looks like being wrecked, and seriously worried that one his top dogs has defected to the Krekorian for City Attorney campaign.
So with Cooley set to stay as DA, and Krekorian aiming to oust Trutanich, the Clown's gonna be run outta town. Luvs it.
BASICALLY IF HARRIS WINS IT WILL END THE DEATH PENALTY ENFORCEMENT IN THIS STATE. THOUGH I DO LIKE HER PLAN TO REFORM THE PENAL SYSTEM AND REHAB FOR PRISONERS WE DO NEED THAT. WE HAVE TOO MANY REPEAT OFFENDERS, THAT PROBLEM NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED. WHETHER WITH PROGRAMS LIKE HOMEBOYS THAT GIVE JOBS AND TRAINING TO EX-CONS TO HELP THEM RETURN TO SOCIETY.
3:30PM, you're an idealist if you think there is anything that can be done to make criminals who have succeeded in getting into state prison (not jail) into productive members of society. It's too late. Most of them are worthless dangerous pieces of human waste, and the only sensible thing to do with them is keep them locked up until they're too old to be a threat to anyone. Just look at what happened to Lily Burke last summer when she ran into a "non violent" felon who was in a rehab program.
But I do agree that the death penalty is a waste of time and money. It would be one thing if killers were strung up and executed swiftly, but instead we treat them like prison VIPs for 20 years. By the time they get stuck with the needle, what they did 20 years ago is long forgotten. I think it's better to just lock them up forever and let them survive as "general population," the system will take care of them.
I hope Harris wins only because I don't want Cooley to be able to let Carmen 'the Clown' Trutanich become DA. That would be worse than anything Harris could do.
