Okay, for all the people who complain that elections are bought and paid for, why would anyone vote no on 15? It's not like it will cost us more given we presently pay for matching funds in existing campaigns. I say it's worth a try to take special interests out of the equation. It won't eliminate their influence, but it sure is a start.
This is for one office and we ought to see what the imapact could be.
Anyone voting no dare not complain next time IBEW pays half a million for their favorite backer.
Regarding 16-that one confuses me. Since it's backed by PG&E, methinks a no vote is warranted (but I'll do a bit more reading on it first).

At least one of you knows what they're talking about!

Jennerjahn is basically conceding the race on his blog. No one says "I'm prepared for the outcome either way" the night before the election!

Phil will get no more than FIVE votes. You heard it here first.

I'm a little confused about MS and Red Spot's Yes on 16 and 17.
I mean, PG&E and Mercury Insurance? Really?
I'm gonna vote against those two.
