I'm sick of seeing the fire photos. Even as we were being evacuated, strangers were clogging up the streets and just parking in the middle of the road.
Some stared transfixed with glazed eyes and looked silently Others whooped and hollered when an especially big flame shot in the air.
Each Looky-loo arrived equipped with their $100 digital camera snapping those stupid photos.
Los Angeles noble and brave
firefighters; Ted Hall and Arnie-
Qiuniones were laid to rest within
the last two days.
They perished in the "Station Fire"
They however will always live on
in the hearts and minds of their
beloved family, friends and cowork-
ers who will cherish them always.
Their honorable and courageous
legacy will live on and their lives
serving to inspire generations to
follow.
Their "GALANT" effort to protect &
defend all communities, from fires
is not overlooked by THE MANY GRATE
-FUL citizens; especially those WHO
were affected in the "Station Fire"
BIG HEART FELT.....THANK YOU!!!

I'VE TRIED NUMERIOUS TIMES TO GET THIS CITY TO CREATE ZONES IN THESE BRUSH AREAS WHICH USE FIRE RETARDANT MATERIALS THAT COULD LIMIT AND ACT AS FIRE BREAKS TO LIMIT THE SPREAD OF THESE FIRES THEY LOVE TO MAKE EXCUSES WHY THEY WON'T DO THIS. PRODUCTS ARE AVAILABLE THAT WON'T HURT WILDLIFE AND LIMIT THIS PROBLEM. GET THEM TO LISTEN.
I thought that was an awesome presentation. Thanks to Will (whoever he is) and to the LA Times, if it's their pictures.
If the pix are the LA Times, their photogs are worth every penny.
