Essel Claims:
She “attended Cal State Northridge and finished her education with a degree in business.”
Reality Check:
Essel graduated from the University of Redlands in 1979.

We always suspected she was an empty suit.

Higby, I don't like or know or care about Essel "the empty vessel," but how hypocritical is it, to challenge her on her academic claims, when you strongly and vehemently backed that nutcase Trutanich, who = until being caught - claimed he went to law school at USC? Where he went undergrad but did so poorly no decent school would accept him for law school and hence, we have the results of his idiocy and threatening people who expose him, every day.
In fact, Trutanich went to "the South Bay University College of Law Night School," in Carson.
He got a DIPLOMA in 79 but it was closed about that time because it was not accredited. HAD to close.
IF I'd been Ace mounting a campaign against him I'd have made an issue of it, especially after numerous highly respected legal scholars went on record to state, that Trutanich either didn't understnd legal code or was just plain making it up. As one person comments on a respected blogger's site: "The guy is just dumb, and says dumb things."
If you want academic creds, go for Tamar. IF she hasn't already been corrupted and stupified/ dumbed down by working for Trutanich.
Like he tells James all the time: his audience may be small, but they AND the other rightwing talkers' were the ones who went out to vote, who decided the election. If you don't like it, get the Dem's to stop picking each other apart. AND the Independents.
Looks like the anti-Weiss folks moved to CD2 - did the same thing to Weiss and it fooled a lot of people.

Who is running her campaign? The Master liar, Shallman.
Since when is a college or law degree a requisite for holding public office?
Did Mayor Sam make another "explosive" headline about it?
C'mon Higby, Essel did go to CSUN and then to Redlands; BFD.

Looks like Higby is the anti-Essel again...Unlike the LA Times who did a victorious Endorsement of Essel this past Saturday.

I am giving Krekorian good marks for smart campaigning; he is calling EVERYONE in LA for meonye and votes.

I absolutely cannot believe that anyone who is a candidate for office would bend the truth. Certainly that doesn't happen on the City Council or on this blog.
It's the end of the world as we know it.
If you love the Mayor, you'll love Essel. If you can count on one hand the accomplishments of Wendy Greuel and want more of the same, you'll love Essel. If you want to see more of our film industry jobs go to Florida, New Mexico, Alaska, and other states, you'll love Essel, they do. Even Alaska Airlines who has made the maximum donation to Essel appreciates the business she's sending their way. The Laundry List of Lies is the tip of the iceberg with Essel. Contrary to her lying campaign ad, she's the Titanic, and the voters will be her iceberg!
