Here Comes The CD2 Candidates Forum!

The Sunland-Tujunga Alliance (STA) is proud (and excited) to be a co-sponsor, along with the Sunland-Tujunga Neighborhood Council (STNC), of the CD2 Candidates Forum to be held this coming Saturday. All 10 candidates have confirmed participation! This is a great opportunity to meet and hear from those that are seeking to replace Wendy Greuel (who is now City Controller). A “Meet & Greet” will take place 1-2pm, and the forum will begin at 2pm. The moderators for this big event are former Daily News Editor Ron Kaye, and LA Weekly Deputy Editor Jill Stewart. We’ll see you all on Saturday!

I wonder if Chris Essel will get lost again getting to this debate, the same way she could not find the Verdugo Hills Golf Course during the last debate in ST.
She went on to tell every one in the audience that she had never been there.
I guess ST is not a place folks from the Hollywood Hills visit to often.

It was a Debate/Meeting about the
Verdugo Hills Golf Course. It was a few weeks ago.(FOS?) Grow up.
10:34 is correct about what Essel said at the event, but that event was technically not a debate.
The STA gave Chris Essel a tour of the golf course (as well as the rest of the town) yesterday. We have also given tours to Tamar Galatzan, Michael McCue and Frank Sheftel (he was the first). Hopefully more candidates will come forward and take the tour!
I think Frank should get extra Brownie points for being first to take the tour.
That was probably some Essel toadie trying to cover up that she got lost and has no clue about ST.
Well, if she has no clue about Mayor Sam, she has my vote.
Please tell me former writing idol, Valley Doll, doesn't really like Tamar. Please say it isn't so.
Krekorian supported the golf course preservation long before any of the others.
Having taking the Joe B ST tour I highly recommend it. Especially if it's followed by an organic margarita at Joselito's.
Looks like Essel is fast becoming the joke of the race.
