Happy Birthday Councilman Zine!
I'm not a fan of most City Council Members. I see most of them as bumbling, inept, incompetent, and sometimes almost criminally negligent. But I do like Dennis Zine. As a former law enforcement officer, he is one of the most logical and no-nonsense members of that group. I still wish he wouldn't vote along with the liberals for almost every spending concept under the sun, though.
Anyway, his birthday was this weekend. I can't make any sense of this video. Maybe a few of you Mayor Sam readers can help me out?

Last place Mayoral finisher singles out the slimeball buffoon Dennis Zine as the only councilmember he likes. Figures. And stop reminding us he's a former cop. He does that himself every time he opens his big fat moronic mouth. And believes that gives him the right along with Smith to "put Bratton in his place." Zine was just a Sgt. and is an out-of-shape disgrace even to the reserve uniform.
He, Smith and Bitter Bernie aren't fit to tie Bratton's shoes but do nothing but harass him, now along with their BFF Trutanich who with his other BFF Cooley couldn't buy pr bully him like they did Baca.
David Z your hero at the Slimes is another one who loves this idiot Zine because he IS the Republican always grandstanding against Bratton as well as Antonio. Today Zahniser quotes Zine most prominently in his story about pensions. WHO CARES what Zine says? We know he'll be the most critical and so does David Z. so he skews the story by asking Zine to get to his pre-determined outcome.
It's funny when David Z. also questions Jan Perry -- another Bratton critic but even more clueless than the 3 former cops -- and all she can do is "express concern." But she's always another sure bet for NOT supporting anything Bratton or Antonio do.
Would've liked to have seen two famous in-council Dennis Zine quotes next to his, uh, "paper doll" plastered to the office wall there...
