Mr. Blackwell, 86

Longtime fashion designer and critic "Mr." Richard Blackwell has died from complications of an intestinal infection.  He was 86.

Blackwell - who started as an actor - turned to fashion design in the 50s and was once the most well known fashion critics in Hollywood even hosting his own television show.

Blackwell was best known for his annual "Worst Dressed List" and for his pithy comments about the fashions of Hollywood's hottest celebrities.  Examples of his judgments include some of the following:
