Councilman Tom LaBonge points out the sky to other members of the City Council, and explains its origin (God made it), but is still trying to explain why it's blue by the time the parade ends. LaBonge was the loser on a recent episode of "Is Your Councilman Smarter than a 5th Grader?"

Tom LaBonge points toward Griffith Park and explains to others councilmembers his plans to pave it over and create the nation's largest concrete urban park, which he will then rename after himself.

Tom La Bonge: Huizar, what is Jackie Autry giving you to maintain your silence about the expansion of her musueum in Griffith Park? Hehe. She paid for Autry lawyers to argue to the Cultural Heritage Commission that Griffith Park does not merit Cultural-Historical Monument status. Damn its great to get other sell outs to do your dirty work... right Jan? Jan?
