It's disheartening how the mainstream media, including now this blog, is focusing on silliness. Rome burned while Nero fiddled.
There is so much to talk about; a new company (Lehman, AIG) going belly-up daily; printing $1b of cash a day to fund the wars; foreclosures everywhere. And according to Hud.gov and socalforeclosurehelp.com, it will only get worse.
Nightmare scenario: two more bank failures, a close electoral vote AND 10% more people lose their homes. Riots in the streets...
It's the economy stupid. Let's get back to issues.
Craig Ferguson tonight: Can you imagine if the Republicans had a $28,000/ plate dinner in Beverly Hills tonight (with a "cheap" tea following for 2500) the day after the stock market crashed? Nice to see the party of the people is being so sensitive! Raising money for a good cause: Obama's ego!!!

I think it's a satirical statement of the fact that the mortgage problem is due in part to Obama and his chicago machine, ACORN's part in taxing out Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac....Obama thought he had us fooled about his community organizing until Ayer's opened his mouth, and Stanley Kurtz spilled the beans about the Annenberg challenge...all the corruption, and how he wants to turn this country into a surfdom...He should be crying since Palin came along...He'll be crying all the way to the bank.
