SWAT tragedy is national news
The story of the SWAT standoff in which a member of LA's very finest lost his life this morning is everywhere, including the New York Times.
The tragedy unfolded overnight in the Valley community of Winnetka, the LA Times reported. Officer Randy Simmons, 51, died at about 1 a.m.
It's the first LA SWAT team member to lose a life in the call of duty. The Daily News describes the perp as "a gang member with mental health issues."

I think we have a Mayor with mental health issues. He can't see the link between Special Order 40, Sanctuary City, Central American gangs and thousands of unnecessary crimes committed each year in LA.

Why did the Council and Mayor just reappoint that Ripston woman to her city commission post? Are they so afraid the leftists will go after them for it? She's kept Skid Row looking as it has for years, accusing the cops of harassing the homeless. she's nothing but an obstacle.
What's unbelievable is that all the council members and Mayor were yelling about the May 1st incident and slamming LAPD even though NOT one person was seriously injured or killed. YET, an LAPD veteran officer is killed in the line of duty and they act as if its business as usual. WHERE IS ALL THE YELLLING AT THE GANG BANGER WHO KILLED AN OFFICER YOU FUCKERS!!!!! Stupid LA media will probably have Brittney Spears as its lead story. LA media is just like the National Enquirer. Speaking of election thefts, here is an article that came out the day of the California primary, reporting on the last poll before the voting booths opened, a Zogby poll, showing Obama ahead by a whopping 13%! Not only that, the poll was a running poll, meaning they polled samples over time to see what kind of momentum was building right up until the election. John Zogby himself is quoted in the article saying Obama had the momentum, meaning his lead was increasing.

Isn't it interesting how the result in California is almost exactly opposite the polls. Clinton won by something close to 15%. That's a flip of almost 30%.
