Run-In At Home Depot

We just visited the site in ST and got major harassment from the security guard for standing on the sidewalk and shooting video.

I called Kathryn Gallagher from Home Depot but got no response.

Why does HD keep shooting themselves in the foot?

In a situation like that, the only question is "What would Zuma do?"

Indeed. That's exactly what I thought.

How was the SF Home Depot Site Mayor? A nice tidy organized store with charming curb appeal that would fit well in a small town like ST I'll bet.

That's why YOU should have been there, Zuma.

Look to the west ... can you see the giant "Z" lit up in the night sky?

What would Batman do?

We left when we were damn good and ready. Much to the rent-a-cop's dismay.

Z Dogg your predictions on silver are looking right on this am. I am looking at the spot price on silver and as you predicted it hit $16.60 high and is now getting pressure from the profit takers and at 9:30 am NY has fallen to $16.22.
I got my finger on the trigger and when it just starts to turn around and rise I'll set the hook and reel it in baby.

If things turn out the way it looks like you called it I'll treat myself to a "hockey burger" at Hocky Burger, Soto and Washington, for those west siders who think LA ends at the 405, suck it up, take a risk, and try some grease at Hocky Burger, The big Armenian owner may put on his old classic fight films for you.
Schoolboy Bobby Chacon vs Bazooka Limon is my favorite bloodbath.

Don Q,

Just got off the phone with my gold/silver guru:

Says that the shorts are still up, and should be driving silver down -- but due to political factors (like nigerian rebels threatening oil, and Prez Bush saying Iran is a problem, now -- those forces may be over-riding the shorters.

In other words, the two are balancing things out, so silver isn't dropping the way he thought.

(And I WAS concered that this would be the case...)

BUT HE SAYS THE SHORTS ARE STILL COMING OVER THE NEXT 2 DAYS...and if it doesn't drop down to the levels expected (based on the shorts), it means the other geo-political factors were tugging the other way.

But as long as you hold it...i can't imagine it not going up more than a lot!

disclosure: no silver, y'all

So Mayor Sam, have you heard from Katherine Gallagher yet?

It's been 4 days. You would think she would have called.
