Grand Ave Project developers get Abu Dahbi cash infusion:
NEW YORK (AP) -- Related Cos., developer of the Time Warner Center in New York (and shady/illegal Grand Avenue Project in Los Angeles), received equity and debt investments of nearly $1.4 billion from the investment arm of the Abu Dhabi government and others, the privately held real estate company said Monday.
Related says the money won't go to the LA projects, but is for future NYC projects. (Why should Related Co. use any of this new money for their LA project, when the CRA is bankrolling it for them? I guess the mayor of NYC isn't a weak-desperate-pushover like the one in Los Angeles, NM.)

Hey, get it straight: the morron didn't like orders to cure several pages worth of code violations --so he took it out on me. After he admitted in court he took my car: judge moved his trial into criminal court, yanked his bond and gave him maximum sentence among other things that cost him thousands. --None of which got my car back. I'm suing, don't have a car yet, want to carpool to the party. YOU have a "problem" with that???

Me personally? Besides any elected official, I would like to meet Mayor Sam and his writing team, Captain Jack Sparrow, Jack Hoff, Archie Bunker, santiago, Kim Thompson to see how big the big butt is, Uli Sanchez, MEAT and nobody with pimples.
