HOLLYWOOD, Fla. - Anna Nicole Smith died Thursday after collapsing at a hotel and being being rushed to the hospital, one of her lawyers said.
She had been unresponsive and was rushed to the hospital Thursday while staying at the Seminole Hard Rock Cafe Hotel and Casino, hotel officials said.
"She checked in Monday at 8 p.m. as a guest. She was due to check out tomorrow," said Danielle Giordaano, a spokeswoman for Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino.

That is so incredibly sad. She was totally devastated after the death of her son. I bet she accidentally OD'd. She leaves behind her baby girl. She never did finally get the money from her exhusband. I think her lawyer Howard Stern was not a good influence on her. They married recently. Now he may get all that money. I personally feel that is all he was interested in all along. I wouldn't be surprised if he had something to do with the overdose of her son and maybe even her.
I don't know for sure but I would guess based on that old man she married she got a good pre-nup from Howard.
(Just to be clear Anna's husband Howard K. Stern is not the same Howard Stern the talkradio host)
I doubt it, Mayor Sam. She let him run everything. I bet there was no prenup. A prenup wouldn't matter as inheritance is not considered community property. He would contol it anyway so the point is moot.
Very recent reports state that people are accusing him in the son's death. Maybe Nicole believed that to be true and killed herself? She did OD once before here in Beverly Hills. Or maybe he had a hand in that. Whatever the case, I still feel for her.
