Do You Think We Might Have A Birth Control Problem Here?

The figures below come from the California Department of Health Statistics, and are for MOTHERS BETWEEN THE AGES OF 15 AND 17, for the year 2004, in Los Angeles County.

Why is the GOV so concerned about ethnicity. Why not tackle this problem as a whole.

It's nice to know at least one other person out there understands how to read a simple statistical table.

I'm guessing 8:50 is a Clowncil Staffer. He or she might benefit from a bar graph depicting the same data, but I doubt it. Political correctness is a form of self-induced blindness.
