Moore vs. Greuel on Measure H: Tune Into Channel 7 NOW!
The Eyewitness Newsmakers show, on Channel 7, ABC, features a far-too-short debate between your favorite blogger and City Council Member Greuel regarding Measure H. The show started at 3:30 p.m., today, now.
Set your Tivo for Channel 5 next Sunday at 6:00 a.m. to see me debate another Measure H proponent.
I should also be on the radio this Friday afternoon. Details to follow.

Steve Hymon has a great piece on Prop R shady mailers and now editorial has this great piece on our clowncil members. IF the LA Slimes keeps this up I may renew my subscription.
EDITORIAL
City Hall's job killers
The City Council has no business micromanaging individual chunks of the private economy at the behest of labor....ON THE HEELS of last year's measure to chase large grocery stores outside the city limits of Los Angeles, the City Council is now looking to pick on the hotel industry. The ultimate losers will be the very low-wage workers the city is looking to protect, as employers flee for less intrusive climes.

Good, I've been out of it. I'm glad to see Hymon on the right side of an issue. Sometimes the Times just blows me away. How do they determine what their issues will be?

Walter, you should have wrestled away a couple of Red Bulls from Kevin James. Kevin was way too hyper for TV but great content, Walter great content but sit up and forward in the next TV debate, show some passion.

Thanks for the tips. I think you got it right.
Funny you mention my posture: they positioned me and directed me which way to face. It was somewhat bizarre; my body was supposed to face northwest, and my head northeast.
Anyway, I wasn't really thrilled with my performance on that one, either. But if you happen to see the one this coming Sunday on Channel 5, that one's MUCH better. And, though I didn't have Red Bull, I was much more alive.

Concure with your observations on Scribe Hymon and editorial. Whether these articles will help to return readers to "THE OLD GREY HAG ON SPRING STREET", there may be no hope judging from the latest numbers(775,000 and dropping daily). Our "CITY CLOWNCIL AND HIS POLLONESS" would do this city some good by taking economic policy away from the unions and rebuilding the middle class base.
