Word on the street is that Padilla will seek another state seat sometime in October? The endorsements that matter aren't lining up with him.

Is this true?

I've also heard Arnold is going to endorse Alex for Statewide seat if he does that. Apparently, Arnold needs to win bi-partisan allies. They both worked together to cut their budget deal last yr, so there is history there. The teacher's, nurses & firefighters won't like that, then again, they aren't going with him to start.

Some caller on today's talk radio mentioned Sen. Gill Cedillo leaning toward a run for Secretary of State! Comments were possibly to change election rules and registration qualifications so "legal" non-citizen residents can vote also. I guess there is no stopping if he gets drivers licenses from Arnold.....

^ This confirms Antonio Villaraigosa's run for Governor. Him and Cedillo are close buddies.

Hey 12:31,
This might interest you, check it out Cindy Speaks

Alex is going to fizzle out, his endorsements are smoke n' mirrors. Cindy is going to skyrocket when the next 3 months.

Why would anybody be impressed with endorsements by Barbara Boxer or GOD FORBID, Arnold. That could be Alex's death wish right there.

None of us here in SD 40 believe that Alex has really even met Boxer more than once or twice, so those mindless endorsements mean nothing.

Bobbi Fiedler just keeps endorsing the most conservative Democrat candidate we have. She did a lot for Hahn-eh?
