Rockard

Today's LA Times has a story by Michael Finnegan that covers some ground that this blog reported on about 5 weeks ago.

Rocky Delgadillo wants to run for President.

For the record I support Rocky and his run for Attorney General -- Rocky represents California's future and Jerry represents its weird past.

So while I cannot say Rocky for President quite yet, you can label me a Rocky Rockstar today.

Jerry Brown is yesterday's news. Talk about a guy who can't get a job.

He has offended everyone in the western hemisphere, and although there are still the crazies that will give him money and even vote for him several times, they cannot get him elected.

If Rocky doesn't beat him in the primary election, the next A.G. of the state of California will be Senator Chuck Poochigian.

You can take this one to the bank.

Chief, you obviously haven't read Nick Pachueco's 70 pp. memo detailing his path from CM to POTUS in five careful steps. It includes a governing plan, TWO reelection campaigns (in case he loses the first one) and two second term agendas.

I know, it sounds a bit premature, but if you fail to plan you plan to fail, as they say. Some highlights from the plan follow below.

Western White House in BH - Gutierrez family home under consideration, if it hasn't been turned into a museum...

Audit Skelton's tax returns going back 7 years and every year thereafter...

Key appointments for Pachueco's first term team:

COS - Urteaga
AG - Becerra
Homeland Sec, - "HAY TE WATCHO"
WH Counsel - Torres III

The first second term plan has Becerra moving to the Supremes; Torres to AG, HAY TE WATCHO to DOD.

Current planning is focusing on the Pachueco historical legacy (cornerstone of 2nd term) and the Pachueco Presidential Library -- on Mariachi Plaza in BH.

A number of magnanimous gestures are being planned -- AV and Victor Griego special ambassadorships, Huizy appt. to Civil Rights Commission, etc. There's still a hallowed place for Chief Parker, drafting the third presidential nomination acceptance speech, or the second inaugural, whichever comes first...

...if you only come around!

I read the Times article on Rocky and how Sen. Barack Obama would make a fine running mate. Rocky is a good politician, but Sen. Barack Obama stands alone on accomplishments and leadership. To me, he is one of the best for the Democratic Party. I bet he can convert Republicans to Democrats overnight...that would be fantastic, right? Sen. Obama is a fine politician who impresses when he speaks at every event.

The only label you can legitimately wear on this blog, Chief Faker is, "Liar-in-(the)-Chief, until you deliver on all of this:

(Does the city's top prosecutor - Rocky - know the blogosphere's biggest perjuror is "on his team?"

Ouch! With "friends" like Faker, Rockard better retire early, and settle for cameos on Law and Order.

"And my Neighborhood Watch investigation has reached over 100 neighborhood watches..."

("Chief Parker" April 29, 2005)

"To help them (the Hahnwatch blog) -- I plan on releasing my Neighborhood Watch report on their blog -- it's a one time guest spot. So don't get used to it!"

("Chief Parker" April 26, 2005)

NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH UPDATE.

"Right now I have found over 84 neighborhood watches, i need to know how many were in the district before Tony Villar became a Councilmember.

I am finding most of the Neighborhood watches by calling Hollenbeck and Northeast pretending to live in different neighborhoods, it's working. I don't want to call the Villaraistas mainly because i think they will feed me biased info."

Rocky is bad. What a terrible mistake. I wish he would just fade away into oblivion after this term. Maybe he could go be an attorney for awhile. Coach his son's football team. Cop some free lifetime tickets if we ever get a football team with his connections because he is the filthiest politician in the City when it comes to money and favors. Bad Bad Move.

Rocky go away... We don't need no stinkin' Rockard.

Note to Jerry Brown:

You've ridden a long way on your father's good name; the ride is about to end abruptly.

Rocky is smart, popular, can raise money, has a good story to tell, and he is s Mexican.

Your hanging out in Lucy's El Adobe does not qulaify you to be a Mexican, not even a Pocho.

You have pissed too many people off with your rhetoric, sarcasm, and petty snobbery. Your Jesuit sophistry is incompatable with being the chief law enforcement officer of California.

You were a disaster as Governor, and you would have been as bad or worse as A.G.

I must admit, that you have been as hard to kill as Rasputin, but this time, Rocky is going to stick the wooden stake in your heart (if he can find it).

Jerry, bettr call Jaques Barzaghi; your fifteen minutes are about up.

Better stick to Northern California where they buy into that quirkiness and other similar bullshit.

Yes, previous poster race/ethnicity do not matter. It does matter. Different races see life through different lesnes. Diversity of experience is important. It's also noteworthy that Rocky is 1/2 white because I'm sure that will effect how he views the world.

As a Mexican (both my parents are mexican), I tend to vote for those who share my life experiences and see life as I see it. I don't think Rocky is capable of that.

I can't believe someone actually posted this. In other words since the majority of gang bangers in LA are Mexican then you support them? IF a cocaine dealer is Mexican and running for office you would vote for them? No wonder Latinos can't get ahead and if they're lucky enough to they screwed it up themselves.

...told you he wants to be prez...before any article said so.

Frankly, I'm not sure if he can get a majority of the leftist-kook Democrat base that you have to cater to in order to win a Dem primary. especially this is being California; not Indiana. If he can win this primary, than he has solved a big potential problem that I have wondered about for awhile.

If he runs for prez, it will be against another governor who hasn't yet been seated as governor but who will have been in less than 4 yrs. (that's all I'm saying for now...)

Rockard Delgadillo . . . if only you knew him the way I do. Not only would he NOT make a good attorney general, he would be horrible. He's a publicity hound and City Hall East is Rocky's campaign headquarters. Yeah, I know, tell the Ethics Commission. They won't do anything about it, but I bet Laura Chick would. She's the only sane politico with the kinda courage it takes to expose a manipulating political machine operative like Delgadillo's.
