Today she was spotted in the harbor attending port community meetings. Is she angling for a commission appointment?
Couple this with Mike Bonin (ex-COS for Galanter) returning with Rosendahl who is chummy with MEAV and you have to wonder.

I heard she wants to go for the CLA position.
She'd make a great CLA, Commissioner or anything else. If it wasn't for her, no one would be talking about regional solutions.
Well, I agree about her being an advocate of regional transportation solutions.
She completely turned me around with her plan for High Spoeed Rail to converge on Union Station ala Victoria Station in London.
We need a hub for all our transportation and she understood that long ago.
Would that we had a few more like her that are able to see the future and be willing to plan for it instead of just being reactive, like our almost ex-Mayor.

Whatever she does, let's hope Bill R. doesn't take her advice. Her inability to play nice with others helped alienate most of her 14 council colleagues -- who then voted her off the island and out to Van Nuys. If Bill gets the same bad attitude and says NO NO NO to everything, he will be a singularly ineffective councilmember.
