Afternoon Briefs on the Los Angeles Political Machine for Monday
Will terminated LAPD Civilian Employee Marleen Caudillo, now LA-32 President Marleen Fonseca, be a willing enabler of CD 14 City Clowncilman Jose Huizar's bid to increase the number of liquor outlets along the Huntington Drive Corridor?
Now LA-32 NC President Marleen Fonseca enjoying some peaceful libation with friend.
Behold how the blogging art of "Cut and Pasting", negates the need for supplemental verbiage in showcasing an example of political folly/ hypocrisy.
First, from the Minutes of former LAPD Civilian Employee Marleen Caudillo's October 10, 2013 Termination Appeal Hearing before the Civil Service Commission, as noted in a Mayor Sam Exclusive .........,
Second, from the agenda for Wednesday, October 1, 2014 of the LA-32 Neighborhood Council presided by Marleen Fonseca ............,
15. Discussion and possible action regarding Uka’s Big Saver Foods conditional use permit
application to upgrade from beer and wine to a full line of alcoholic beverages for off-site consumption in conjunction with the operation of their new 23,225 square foot supermarket with hours of operation from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., 7 days / week. Site address 5168 E. Huntington Drive South, Case number 2A 2014-1736 CUB.
Apparently, less than one year after her Termination Appeal Hearing, the now LA-32 NC President Fonseca (and supporting Executive Committee) is willing to circumvent the appropriate Standing Committee Hearings and move forward with Councilman Huizar, in increasing the number of beer, wine and liquor establishments (and potential, additional DUIs) along the Huntington Drive Corridor, (allegedly)??
** Following in the footsteps of the Los Angeles City Clowncil Central Committee's decisive action in the battle against the business community, whoops, local War on Poverty, Jack Humphreville's latest "Watchdog Column" at "MSNBC City Watch", gives the Clowncil Central Committee props for becoming the LA Branch of the State of Texas's effort to redistribute businesses to the Lone Star State.
** For those who want to hear CD 14 City Council Candidate, LA County Board of Supervisor Gloria Molina, clearly state her reasons for taking on incumbent City Clowncil Bad Boy/Tonto Jose Huizar, link here to the interview with KPCC's Larry Mantle.
** In the spirit of openness and transparency (allegedl) Mayor Garcetti is taking your questions on Facebook. Thus, we have come up with a few for the Rhodes Scholar review and follow up.
1. When was the last time you broached about P-E-N-S-I-O-N R-E-F-O-R-M in public?
2. How easy was it really to turn former Radio Talk Show Host Kevin James into an enabling City Hall Insider?
3. What happen to your promise to now ex Recreation & Parks General Manager Jon Kirk Mukri to return him to his position?
4. Are you a frequent user of the F-word when discussing IBEW Strongman Brian D'Arcy Rizzo or CD 14 City Clowncil Bad Boy/Tonto Jose Huizar?
5. Lastly, how many people are currently living in Getty House?
Your thoughts ............,
Scott Johnson in CD 14

Hay huizar.
We got are tree's trimmed what about the street sweeper making a pass on streets that have your service in el sereno.
Once in a while like they used to or were the sweepers lost.
I know we have a drought, but can you water the Huntington Drive median the grass is dead no water since may.
Foot patrolling on huntington drive was good because of all robberies, assults that are under reported by LAPD.
And know the crime is not down.
What happened to the trash fees for more
Police officers. It went to non profit cronies salary .
LA32NC and the recycling center should be for community inprovements not bimbos exceptional salary.
Just like the neighborhood block grant
For the area north of huntington drive what
Ever happened to the community projects.
North el sereno park gets neglected for el sereno rec center.
Still catering to Racist groups of hillside village.
Perhaps a more appropriate name for them is coconut grove.
Seems like their are a whole groves of coconut up their.

Is everybody going to get a Huizar shopping bag with goodies like flashlight w batteries , first aid kit and a boxed mug.
Of course they all have Huizar ' s name and website at @.com not @lacity.org.
All in the name of emergency preparness
Week at taxpayer's expense.
It looks and smells like campaigning
With tax payers expense.
He trying to get his trinkets out early before Superior Molina hits the campaign trails.
What is fair for the goose then it's fair for the grander. MOLINA should also start to floods with county funds under he scop as supervisor the same.
Molina can bring her county staff and replace huizar staff and all the favoriteism
And corruption to Racist groups.
How can bicentennial gin ney be hired for
Field deputy.
Either she will be another francine Godoy
For huizar, or payback funneling funds back to Huizar for his lawsuit.
Receives more money than parade cost, destroys all records for IRS and funnels funds back to Huizar with no trail all with tax dollars. Is this what you call laundering funds
He pulls the old zac Atenas trick.
In exchange she draws salary from taxpayers and it she's as good as francine will move to New chief of staff position with inflated salary.
Does huizar still have his love shack in
Coconut Grove (hillside grove)
Or just use her bed while husband is away at work.
If she is an unemployed housewife who probably doesn't have a degree what makes her so qualified for the job except for personal
Reference at what she does best.

The owner of Big Saver is a Big polical money contributor to CD14.
I don't object to his ABC license it that's what it took to get a new supermarket built.
But it was nice getting the 711, but why
Treat one establishment different than the other. They were not permitted to sell alcohol.
HECHO EN MEXICO HAS A LIQUOR LICIENSE. CONNIE THE OWNERS had a conflict of interest when she opposed the
Liquor license.
Does it depend on the size of political
contributions.
EL SERENO in the past had numerous bars and liquor stores when I was growing up.
It was finally cleaned up.
We can just go into alhambra and buy liquor if you want.
El sereno has a number of homeless and drunks because businesses are not responsible.
All major supermarkets sell liquor but are
Responsible vendors who ask for I.d's and refuse to sell to drunks.

Huizar, for what ever reason you tolerate abusing alcohol, the community does not. Is the number o ne cause of domestic violance, grades failing, and addiction to other druge for minors. just ON Huntinton Drive, El Sereno, you have twelve (12) liquor licenses, AND 7 have violation for selling to minors, and promoting liquor to minors, DO YOU GET IT?, THERE IS A PROBLEM IN EL SERENO WITH LIQUOR LICENSES VIOLATION. Captain Baeza, Hollenbeck, get the message no more liquor licenses or upgrades to hard liquor, you cannot monitor the number of liquor licenses, and it is out of control.
