To paraphrase the fictional "Dean Worner of Faber College", via the Movie Classic Animal House, "Fat (more like, obese-sized ego), Drunk (in support of all things Jose Huizar) and Stupid (in dismissing possible Brown Act violations) is not the way to run a NC Bylaws Committee", that applies to current LA-32 NC Recording Secretary and Bylaws Committee Chairperson Raymond "We're Done With The Public" Diaz. The alleged Youth Non-Profit Employee, is sadly the latest enabling Role Model, of a youthful "Huizzynista", recruited by the likes of CD 14 Staffer Julio Torres, to further the agenda of the embattled Princeton Graduate, with serious implications for the integrity of the LA-32 NC. Appointed by terminated, former LAPD employee Marleen Caudillo, now LA-32 NC President Marleen Fonseca, "We're Done With The Public Raymond" has been a useful tool in Councilman Huizar/ "Disempowerment LA's" scheme to downsize the number of Board Members from 21 to 15. But as we disclose below, disdain for the rules can have ramifications---Scott Johnson.

I guess our alleged, best efforts to get "Disempowerment LA's"r required approval for your agenda, went to naught, But your disdainful ego would propel you into a potential Brown Act violation as we continue.

As can be seen in the photo above, its obvious that "We're Done With The Public Raymond" attention was fixated on the comments of LA-32 NC President Marleen Fonseca (formerly Caudillo), who was attempting to answer Stakeholder's concerns about potential Brown Act violations (without success), via her handout of proposed Bylaws changes (pictured below). As one can discern from the agenda above, no mention of any proposed Bylaws revisions are noted, or made available to the public prior to the meeting. From the Brown Act .........,

Proposed, specific changes to the LA-32 NC Bylaws, as presented to the Bylaws Committee by President Marleen Fonseca (formerly Caudillo). Can you find reference to this document on the Agenda?

Dispite the efforts of "We're Done With The Public Raymond", President Fonseca (formerly Caudillo) and the Husband and Wife Cyber Bullying-endorsing and Racist Duo of Jorge and Yolie Garcia, the board voted to adjourned the meeting, but the grievances from this nefarious attempt to mislead the LA-32 Community will be forthcoming. 



 Endorser of Cyber Bullying, President of the El Sereno "Delusional" Society and LA-32 NC President Marleen Fonseca (formerly Caudillo) appointed Land Use & Development Committee Member Jorge Garcia with his ally Fonseca.
