Elephant Hill Boondoggle goes to committee today and full council tomorrow

 This is what $9 Million Dollars of barrow money will buy the City of Los Angeles.

Did Elephant Hill Advocate Elva Yanez put on the blinders while Councilman Jose Huizar gave an exemption to the NELA ICO that benefited the former property owner and enrich him to the tune of $9 Million Dollars, in a deal crafted by Councilman Huizar Fundraiser Ben Reznik?

...... and judging from this email, Yanez blinders are still in place.
