Supposed Councilman Huizar Attorney Michael Walter Fitzgerald nominated to District Courtship by President Obama

The LA Times is reporting that former assistant U.S. Attorney and prominent Los Angeles Barrister Michael Walter Fitzgerald, has been nominated for a judgeship on the federal court for the Central District of California.
Fitzgerald, who is openly gay, would become the first openly gay judge for that US Court District and the only openly gay US Court Judge in California after the retirement of Prop 8 Judge Vaughn Walker.
Recently here at Mayor Sam, we were given information that Fitzgerald had been retained by CD 14 City Councilman Jose Huizar for pending legal issues. Other media outlets had attempted to verify this information but no denial or confirmation was made by Fitzgerald's "Corbin Fitzgerald & Athey Law Firm".
The status of any investigation involving Councilman Huizar is uncertain and what impact Fitzgerald's nomination has on Councilman Huizar is unknown.

The guy has to release his client list to be confirmed, looks like Huizy will be ousted soon.
Red Spot, I know you're against same-sex marriage, but something tells me you just don't like homosexuals in general. You used "openly gay" three times in one sentence. Why not just write

Another shooting in Cypress Park last night. It is the 3rd or 4th this year.
And, now there are 2 SNL (Saturday Night Lights) shootings. SNL is the mayor's park program to keep the gang members in the parks late at night to keep them off the streets.

Funny, he could end up as the judge of the Huizar case once his taken down by the Feds.
Another SNL shooting? What did you expect? As soon as there are no more cameras Mayor tony loses interest. Once the mayor is not interested anymore, his staff gets the message and let's it go. It's the same with every project, personal or public, that he's undertaken. Someone once mentioned that Tony has attention deficit disorder (ADD). I think it's more like Self Interested Disorder (SAD).
