Wow! Those are some pretty serious allegations of misconduct made by Dragnet - they must be very sure of what they say as, no doubt, they would have got a cease and desist letter from Trutanich by now. Remember how Trutanich had a cow over Mulholland Terrace calling him a clown? The jerk even had his "special assistant" Jane Usher send an email to MT threatening a libel lawsuit.
But the evidence seems very convincing - hacking into Trutanich's secret file sharing account to show that only Trutanich could have supplied the photos to his shill website leaves no doubt whatsoever that Truanich tried to fool people with thus stunt. I bet the leak came from inside his own office where he is despised - they're even saying Rocky was a better City Attorney.
I guess we all knew that Trutanich was a bully and a thug, and now we know he's a cheat.

L.A. Dragnet is written by David Burger, an embittered deputy D.A. who came in 5th out of 5 candidates in the last City Attorney's race.
Cooley was desperately trying to get rid of him. He asked Trutanich to take him. Trutanich felt bad for him, and gave him a job only to find out that Berger never did any work, and just blogged all day, between chain smoking cigarettes outside in the smoking section, and picking fights with whoever he could. The City Attorneys association demanded he be dismissed.
Trutanich sent him back to the D.A.'s office because the city can ill afford another lazy, do nothing employee.
Now Burger is all bitter. So he writes these biased screeds filled with speculation, insinuation, and lots of personal venom. It’s all nonsense, and personal attacks. The real questions is, why is the County paying somebody to sit around and blog all day? No wonder they’re cash strapped.
Meanwhile, Trutanich is raising tons of money and getting a lot of impressive endorsements. Somebody obviously likes this guy. Wonder if once he wins, he’ll send Burger back to the City Atty’s office?
I agree. Berger is behind most of the anti-Trutanich screed because he wanted to be City Attorney, but only came in 4th or 5th out of 5 candidates. Based on what I hear, berger just walked around City hall all day taking photos and smoking cigarettes with his other do-nothing buddies. Once Trutanich got rid of him, he changed his pro-trutanich blog into a hate piece on the City Attorney. Just go back in time and compare how Berger's blog changed at the time he was sent packing back to the DAs office, where he continues to do nothing. someone should do a public records act on that guy's time sheets and see what he does all day.
