Phil Jennerjahn Two televisions stations have confirmed they will be at City Hall tomorrow morning to cover the Recall. 9:30 a.m. City Hall, south side.

I have no doubt that they'll COVER the story, Higby! They need content.
Don't get derailed by the question at hand: WHETHER PHIL CAN SUCCESSFULLY RUN THE RECALL, WITH A RECALL AS THE RESULT. NOT A HALF EFFORT. BUT A WHOLE EFFORT. WE KNOW HE CAN'T. DON'T ALLOW PHIL TO DERAIL THE QUESTION. BESIDES, HE IS IN THIS TO GET A PRETTY PHOTO OF HIMSELF ON TV. THAT'S ALL. CALL HIM OUT FOR THAT.

Phil just got punked by someone pretending to be a member of the foreign press from Korea. They told him that they wanted to do a story on the recall.
He CROWED about wanting to be the person to bring change to Los Angeles, and how he will, as Mayor, fire the entire city council.
Whatever pills Phil Jennerjahn is taking, I want some too!!!
Here's another reason why Phil's thinking on the recall is all screwy.
He tells me he will succeed because he has an army of public employees pissed at the mayor that will circulate petitions and get signatures.
But then he posts an article on his blog: How public employees are killing this country...
If your base is public employees something tells me you don't go and insult them at the same time.
Yeah, really! Phil doesn't have an army of ants, let alone an army of public employees.
Phil just wants to be on tv to send clips to his friends at Jennerjahn Machine, so he can "prove" to them that he was right to not go into the family business.
Yes, if anyone is wondering how Phil can pay his bills without having a steady job, that's how. He gets money from the family business.
I think "goofy" is the word we'll be hearing for months. "The Summer of Goofy".
For a guy who thinks he is "all that," Phil sure knows how to create enemies and discension.
Yes indeed I think you are right. 2007 was the VillarSalinas Summer of Love, 2008 was the Summer of Hate, 2009 was the Summer of LuParker, and hence I have declared it - Summer 2010 will be the SUMMER OF GOOFY.
The Koreans are wanting to expedite building "the first first-class office space downtown in 22 years" by rehabbing an old deluxe hotel, the Hilton or Sheraton or something, they are NOT going to piss off anyone in power idiot or not, for the sake of Phil Jenner NOONE.
Phil get the public employee unions, when he's always railing against unions? He was going to "get" the mayor by adding Clown Carmen to the list of officials to recall and going for the medical marijuana vote - but he's railed against them all along too, so they aren't dumb enough to jump into his sinking raft, either.
He can get the Walter Moore/David Berger-Kevin James fearmongers but wait, Walter Moore thinks he's a gadfly too, or has he changed his mind? They can count on James and Rita from Sunland for sure.
Phil came to Los Angeles for two reasons. The first was to try and be famous. That's why he listed his "career" as "entertainer." He was too much of a failure at that to list what he would like to write, which is television personality.
So he's doing a low rent version of that by using snapshots of him on Channel 11. Then he posts photos of himself wearing a childish cowboy hat at the County registrar's office. Voilas, he is famous. Kinda. Well, not really.
He also escaped Wisconsin to not have to work at the family business, JENNERJAHN MACHINE.
Truth be told, Phil has never worked a day in his life. He is supported by the family business, which was founded by real men about a century ago. But Phil is panzy-ish, in that he squeaks like a girl when he speaks, and has silky smooth hands. Meet him some time and shake his hand. You'll see. They feel like a girl's.
Phil was crestfallen when he came in last place and make an EMBARRASSING speech at public comment. What a pussy. Now he is doing the recall thing because he needs another chance to show his family that he truly is "making it" in L.A.
The scene when his family visits must be hysterical, as he tries to show them around town and to show them, but not take them, to places that the real in people go.
That's okay if you're 23, but not 43. Like Phil is.
4:02 - to correct you a bit
Kevin James is NOT supporting Phil's recall. In fact he gave Phil a rather strong upbraiding on the air that Phil probably wasn't expecting.
Kevin is working like Ron Kaye to find solid candidates and to build support for them. He understands it's about serious candidates and getting out the vote.
Walter and Phil can go play with their petitions in the meantime.

This morning on KNBC, the reporter said that the recall is "being launched by the man who came in second place to the Mayor in the last election!" WALTER MOORE!
Phil, you self-promoting jackass! Neither you nor always-failing David Hernandez got the credit.

Let's be adult about this. Whether you agree or disagree with what Walter, Phil and David are doing, you have to at least give them credit for not being whiner and complainers and putting out the negative publicity on the Mayor. Any type of publicity whether negative or positive is good. So many people in this city are nothing but bitch complaining inactive residents. But how many actually do something about the issues? Not that many. I think the DWP rate hikes sent people over the edge upset at the politicians they just might get all those signatures.
There was no one there at the recall announcement except for the usual gadflies! hilarious!
