A Picture You Won't See From The Essel Campaign
Community Leaders from across CD2 gather at a round-table meeting and BBQ hosted today by Paul Krekorian to discuss the upcoming election and the ongoing efforts by deep pocket special interests to buy the CD2 seat for Chris Essel.
Paul had invited community leaders from around CD2 to discuss the election and the ongoing misinformation coming from the Essel Camp. Also a big topic was the lawsuit filed by the DWP union (IBEW) to overturn a 20 year old ethics law in order for them to give even more money to Chris Essel. A Judge wisely tossed out that effort last week. Everyone got a good laugh out of Essel's latest flier attacking Paul for raising a million dollars. What the flier doesn't say is that Paul raised a million dollars during the course of four separate campaigns over the years!! Chris has raised $1.5 Million in just the last 6 months for a City Council seat. Somebody wants the developers friend, Essel, in office very badly!
What you won't see from the Essel campaign is a picture of her campaign office filled with volunteers. Instead, according to our source who visited her office today, you will see a room with 2 paid staffers. Be on watch for a staged photo from her in the coming days.

The only way Essel can win is if turnout is low. She has very few supporters in CD2, but she is trying to get those that normally don't vote to go to the polls. It's her only hope. Please vote on Dec 8th and stop this money machine!!
Essel's people will be driving around for days to find a place to park on Ventura Blvd.

CD2 staff is freaking out that they may all lose their jobs. Threats are flying, bullying supporters of Krekorian, possible jail terms for CD2 shady dealings. Reports are coming out of the woodwork. They are terrified to be exposed if Chris loses.
Its Davenport and Dale Trash, they know they are done for if the empty vessl sinks on December 8th.

Personally I just get no sense that she's sincere, that she's running for anything deeper than the power and prestige of continuing to hobnob with the rich and powerful and promise favors like she did at Paramount and her commission jobs.

Today's Daily News reports that Essel has more than $650,00 in IE's. She's raised nearly $500,000. She is unbeatable. Paul could be the best candidate ever and it won't make a difference. You cannot win against this amount of money. Essel takes it all.
The headline for this has nothing to do with the photo. It is just slanderous how bias this site is. Higby must be being paid. A real credible site would have written, Community Support Krekorian but this site takes the opportunity to make an attack.
whoever Divide and Conquer is, they sure know LVT. Bart Paul would do anything for his adored Master and Commander, Dale Thrush. Barts wife tells people her hubby could himself win the City Council seat one day. Is that the lure that Thrush and Davenport use to keep little lapdog Bartie jumping at the table? Fritzie and his wife Margerie are Bartie's neighbors and fawning henchmen. They are all petty people, as vengeful and unethical as they are ambitious. Not a pretty picture.
