Both are accomplished, educated women with greawt values and ability.
What is it with men that they don't think an attractive woman can still have a brain and ability?

Give her a chance; listen to her and then make up your mind, but don't demonize her just because she is attracive.
It's true Palin is educated, she attended like 5 colleges all to earn one degree.
For what it's worth, Jack Weiss looks like he's going to endorse Essel.
In many ways Jack really should have run for CD2 after he was cheated out of the city attorney election. He would get so much support now that people are beginning to realize that they made a mistake with Nooch. You can expect Jack to speak intelligently on Essel's behalf, unlike Nooch who has no class at all and will continue to support his employee Tamar Galatzan.

Who is the PPL police union goons going to endorse and give thousands of the cops union dues to this time round? They are kissing the Mayor's ass so watch for maybe Chris Essel. Paul Weber hasn't negoitated a contract for his cops and its been 4 months. PPL is getting hit hard cause now its out in the open how they are pulling the strings of Mrs. Doubtfire Greig Smith, Zine and now Koretz. All whimpy men with no balls. They are sending their propaganda to neighborhood council reps to kiss ass after the Smith promotion fiasco. too late assholes!!

10:06PM - Galatzan is a personal friend of Jack's and most certainly is not backed by Trutanich because she, like many others at the CA supported Jack in his campaign. Get your facts straight.
Sameone needs to ask Paul how many LA City Council meetings he has attended in his lifetime...
Hopefully, Paul hasn't attended any City Council meetings. I would expect him to either be in Sacramento or working with constitutents.
Anyone noticing even Jane Usher acting very strangely nervous lately? Anxious and uncomfortable, and not about the billboards which she is glad to be in charge of.
I hope the community will be out in force to grill the candidates.

Tamar does what she believes is right, even it's meant not going along with all of the mayor's agendas and Monica Garacia. I like how she said elected officials have to have the courage to do the right thing evem of it's not politically popular and might displease a colleague or ally. We're seeing too many candidates pander to HoA's and NC's and lobby groups for political expediency.
Jennerjahn, there may be more people at this forum then voted for you in the mayoral election. Which I suppose isn't that difficult of a feat.
There were more people at Applebee's in Northridge having artichoke dip last night than voted for Phil.

Any candidate that accepts Jack Weiss's endorsement is shooting him or herself in the foot.
Jack lost city-wide 55%-45%, but he lost CD2 by an even wider margin. They don't like Jack in CD2 either.
Carmen the Soap Opera is the biggest embarrassment in the city, and most who fell for his bag of tricks are seriously regretting it. The Times except for maybe David Z who's got a Jill Stewart agenda is even realizing what he and Cooley, Zine etc. are really about, what Chick said, and that Weiss's campaign was right to try to expose the truth. Things have changed drastically in 2 months inside and outside city hall.
Probably the Mayor's endorsement is just about as pathetic as the endorsement of Jack Weiss. Damaged goods. Don't and won't miss them when they are both gone.
THEY SHOULD POST THE DEBATE ON YOUTUBE AND TWITTER SO MORE PEOPLE CAN SEE AND HERE THESE CANDIDATES. THAT WOULD BE REAL DEMOCRACY AT WORK!! NOT BIASED OPINIONS!! LET'S GIVE ALL THESE CANDIDATES A CHANCE TO ADDRESS THERE OWN VIEWS WITHOUT OTHERS BIASE!!

12:00pm - Wonder if Weiss will do a fundraiser for Tamar? He'll probably do it quietly and more carefully otherwise there will be more 'political lies' about hanging out with ex-felons and illegal city commissioners fundraisers. All those 'political lies' could ruin Tamar's chances, but she did so much for Jack that he really has to return the favor.
Shallman is trying to do the same baseless attack dirty game against Tamar for Chris Essel, as he used for Nuch. But people aren't buying it this time. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me.

L A Slimes has an article out tonight about Nooch - how he either rubs people the wrong way as a loud oaf who doesn't know when to shut up or how to speak publicly, or they love him as "shaking things up." It's a very measured piece, tries to downplay his bizarre behavior but has a few funny moments anyway.
Mentions the picnic with the dunking but too bad they didn't use MS's photo for full effect.
