"Zoner the Tagger" busted again for tagging
I for one, will never forget the teenage tagger known as "Zoner" who was made famous by this photo in the Los Angeles Times and Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa's offer of mentoring.
One can speculate on the outcome if "Zoner" had taken up Mayor Villaraigosa' on his mentoring sessions.
Ahhhs would greet the completed works of urban art, trolling for women would have replace scawling name in search of attention and a job in the Mayor's "Summer Night Lights" could of been there for the asking.
But as we say in CD-14, you can get the kid out of the barrio, but you can't get the barrio out of the kid, see one Tony Villar.
And that applies to "Zoner" who was caught again practicing "urban art" in the wrong place.

A tagger whom the Los Angeles mayor once offered to mentor after he was photographed scrawling graffiti on a bus was arrested again today for allegedly tagging a tunnel and another bus.
The 17-year-old boy known as Zoner was arrested at about 1:20 p.m. when he surrendered to sheriff's detectives who earlier in the day served a search warrant at his home. The teenager was booked on suspicion of felony vandalism. Sheriff’s investigators claim he scrawled his street name on an MTA bus and other property.
“He started tagging again. Sadly, he is back at the buses again." said Lt. Erik Ruble. "This time it was the Red Line and a bus. You think he would learn after the first time.”
Maybe this time the Mayor can offer "Zoner" an Cultural Affairs grant.

Tagging is like masturbation for young males. Their absoluetly driven to do it and cant control themslves.
I remember Tony acting the full and yelling "Get him, get him!" when Zoner made a fool of him. Thank god Tony didn't mentor him, instead of facing charges for tagging Zoner would probably be the father of several kids from different women and be facing charges for attempted rape.

I'm wondering how many recall signatures Phil Genderjane has collected.
He needs more than a quarter million of them, and said recently that the October deadline gives him "plenty of time."
Talk about a lack of integrity to go on and on talking about it, but never giving an update on the progress.
Does he even have 25 signatures yet?
Don Quixote should be mentoring Zoner the Tagger.
D.Q. can teach Zoner, how he is the victim of robber baron gavachos, and that is why Zoner is a Tagger.
Zoner must first understand how he is the victim of the white man, before he can be reformed.

No amount of feel-good calligraphic certificates are going to rehabilitate this scum, in much the same way as the $1M city budget for handing out calligraphic certificates hailing showing up at school will make illiterate 'guest worker' kids intelligent.
The mayor and his phony photo-op, "fake it 'till you make it" administration cannot handle the truth.
'Taggers' are wannabe gangmembers - by the time they're arrested it's too late to rehabilitate. It's time to stop the BS and lock 'm up and deport them when they're released.

Knock it off. A recall action cannot even be filed until Villaraigosa has been in office three months for this new term. That means a recall action can't even be filed until OCTOBER.
He has to be given legal notice. THEN you can start collecting signatures. There is a window of 120 days after legal notice to get the signatures.
If you are that ignorant about these facts, then your silence would be preferable.
Isn't this Ed Reyes girlfriend he is giving our tax money to? Isn't this the same establishment that wanted to liquor license even though the entire community including churches, schools, day cares were all against and Reyes wanted it for his girlfriend?

The filing for the recall isn't until October.
However you are allowed to gather signatures right now. If YOU are ignorant about this, then YOU should do some reading.
You have now lost more than six weeks on the signature gathering. You will ultimately give up realizing that you won't be able to get more than 100 totals because you totally underestimated the task.
What is the biggest riot is that you wasted money on getting domains and bragging about it at City Hall. People were laughing at you to your face. What an idiot. And you paid $25 bucks for a domain that should cost $1.99. Yes, you are a real fiscal maverick! Idiot!
It's not always a promotion when a city employee leaves one elected office for another or leaves one department for another or even crosses over from elected to a department. It's just a job change. If CDD didn't have an opening, she wouldn't have been able to move from the mayor's office to CDD.
