The Uninvited Guests
An organized, loud, yet noticeably well behaved group of protesters marched and chanted outside of the barricaded grounds of the Mayoral Inauguration today. Calling for 1000 more Buses, and 1000 less Police, among other things, members of The Bus Riders Union, The Community Rights Campaign, and the Los Angeles Community Action Network joined forces to bring a bit of dissension to the celebration.
The protesters were quiet and attentive during the ceremonies but kept their signs held high throughout the proceedings.
"The Mayor’s vision for public safety is a city where Black and Blue is locking up Black and Brown. If true public safety is a priority, we call on the Mayor to adopt the hiring freeze for the police department as one way to protect the jobs of 100’s of city workers necessary to keep services like parks and libraries open. Public safety is ensuring all people have jobs, quality health care and education, affordable and reliable transportation. Superpasajera calls for “1000 more city jobs, 1000 less police!”" -BRU Flier

Those groups are radical and hostile. I've been in chambers with them and if you don't agree you will get your ass kicked by them. They are a bunch of losers who just want to start trouble. they remind me of the Black Panthers with their radical views. They should read the LA Times poll that says after pollling BLACKS AND LATINOS how differently today they feel about LAPD. There are some people no matter what you do to change, will continue with their radical views. All anyone has to do is look at the way some of these radical dress and behave. They act as if they grew up in caves away from human contact.

What an out right Lie!!! Richard Winton of the LA Times does such a bad job of reporting the facts. Sources who attended today's swearing in said they were shocked because maybe 500 people were there. They also said Trutanich got the biggest applause of everyone including the Mayor.
....Thousands of supporters and curious onlookers gathered at City Hall's South Lawn for the late morning event. Grammy Award winner Patti Austin belted out the national anthem. Before the festivities, a local gospel choir performed the Michael Jackson's "Man in the Mirror" --
HOW DUMB ASS TO SING THIS SONG.

OMG!!!!! I got an email saying the True Angels were 3 old ladies and the gang banger of CD 14 and kiss ass to Huizar and Antonio Sal Martinez. WTF??? Instead of giving it to people in the Valley, South LA, and Northeast area who volunteer and actually do things they give it to that asshole who hasn't done shit in the community. No one one knows what he's done except lick Huizar's balls. Rumor has it NO ONE SUBMITTED VOLUNTEERS CAUSE NO ONE WANTED TO BE ASSOCIATED WITH THE GANG BANGER MAYOR. City hall is alive and still corrupt. They should have given it to Dan Weisman, Zuma Dogg, Michael,

Rumor has it that possibly one of the 3 old ladies is Rosalie Gurrola who at one time had 15 registered voters listed at her home address in Boyle Heights. Antonio Villaragoisa appears to be one of them.
BTW---ROSALIE GURROLA IS NOT FROM BOYLE HEIGHTS!!! SHE LEFT HER "HEART IN SAN FRANCISCO" back in the 1970's.
ROSALIE PLEASE MOVE BACK TO THE BAY AREA!

Joe B., your Sunland-Tujunga was over run with gang bangers and drug dealers a little more than 15 years ago because there was only one patrol car for the entire area including Shadow Hills, and the crime rate was the hightest in the in the Foothill Div. People were afraid to open their doors, walk down the street or go to the park. If the police force is cut, those days will return especially with the downturn of our economy.
The only officers being hired now are replacements for those that left or leaving through attrition such as retirement, or tranfers to other cities, etc.
Continued Safety of community members and their children is just as important as jobs.

Sal Martinez is VP of Boyle Heights Neighborhood council that gives thousands to Huizar. HE's the biggest whipping lapdog to Antonio and Huizar and does all their dirty work. This was a True Angel??????? Yeah right, just like Father G's gang bangers. He's done nothing in the community and is hostile to anyone who doesn't support the politicans.
...."Let's just say, if it weren't for Mary, my life would have taken a very different course," 38-year-old Sal Martinez said after the ceremony as we walked to our cars in the rain. Martinez was one of her pallbearers. He was a gang member and a drug dealer who had been shot twice, once by the police.

Just goes to show you that Antonio Villaraigosa and jose huizar are LOSERS!
There are so many other people in Boyle Heights who could have been recognized besides Sal Martinez?
Who the hell is he?
Boyle Heights has educated and professional people who have done a hell of a lot for the community...
I guess Villar and josie are afraid to highlight smart Boyle Heights leaders because they will just reinforce the fact Villar and Huizar are really nothing to rant and rave about.
But again who in the hell is Sal Martinez?
Villairaigosa and Huizar perpetuate the stereotype that Boyle Heights is filled with gang members...
FYI---Sal Martinez is the VP of the Boyle Heights Stupid Neighborhood Council and the fool doesn't even know Parliamentary Procedures, the Brown Act and Robert's Rules of Orders. The entire board for that matter. Such Bufoons!
BTW---Villaraigosa needs to learn how to walk when he wears expensive suits... So disgusting to watch him as he thinks he is cool, bad and good-looking. Hand me the barf bag please...
