There's only one guy in a white shirt and that's Newsom. Do you mean "the old white guy" in the pink shirt and brown face? As opposed to the brown guy without a shirt.
The one whose real flame is Lu? She's so haughty these days on air, her co-anchor last night looked really angry as Lu started to talk "at" her during the part where they fold up their papers as though they weren't just props anyway. She must be into all the trappings of power and the mansion more than the guy under the shirt. Hoping to become Mrs. Mayor maybe.
