Breaking News!! Large parts of West LA blackout..
" New York Blackout, 1977"KCAL Channel 9 is reporting that a large area of West LA is blackout.
LAPD has gone on "Tactical Alert" and LAFD is responding to multiple calls of people stuck in elevators.
Prelinminary cause for the blackout is an explosion in a DWP electrical vault.

Even part of West Hollywood/ Sunset, border of LA. Kevin James called the west L A on-ramp blackout "the 405 and Pinko," meaning Pico, but it is also in pinko West Hollywood though they claimed they meant communists, like in liberal West LA. Sure, that's better.
