Tim Russert, Barack Obama will be the Democratic Nominee

Barack Obama will be the "Standard Bearer" for the Democratic Party in the 2008 Presidential Election, this according to NBC's Tim Russert.

Obama came within less than two percentage points of winning both Indiana and North Carolina, which he won in a overwhelming matter.

Hillary Clinton has cancel all events for tomorrow to weigh her options. Speculation is rampant that the Clinton campaign is cash-strapped.

Historic night indeed if this is the case.

But then there is a certain, late evening talk show host who reminded his audience that the same "PEACOCK NETWORK" called Florida for Al Gore in 2000.

I would say then,"Congratulations President McCain."

Luckily most people don't put a lot of stock into Tim Russert's opinion.

It's not just Tim Russert..By EVERY ACCOUNT...Hillary lost the nomination last night! Period! End of discussion!!! There is NO way she can get the nomination unless the Clintonistas spend their $110 Million dollar fortune with bribes to the Super Delegates!

Obama will wipe the floor with McCain...but the R's still have time to find another candidate! If they don't, Obama will be President!

3:55 a.m. is right, polls show and gut feelings confirm, the moderate dems and older ones find Obama too liberal and unknown, will go for McCain. If Fla and Mich. were counted which include these voters, and are far more imp. than haystacks like Iowa, VT or NH, she'd be ahead. Those people will vote for McCain. The old Jews in Fla like Republicans who are loyal to Israel, which Obama isn't, he's more pro-Palestinian.
