The big Jack Hoff post that was removed said "Another Farewell" referring to the fact that he must have been leaving this blog, perhaps as a publicity stunt to have people beg him to stay, or to at least post his own comments begging himself to stay. Then beneath the headline, he posted the Lou Gehrig speech about being the luckiest guy in the world.

I saw the post and Jack Hoff took some pretty rude shots at Joe Mailander and his wife or girlfriend (I think). I am sure that is what got him fired.

Two friends of mine read this blog and we regularly discussed how boring Jack Hoff was. Then we found out he was an asshole. I personally emailed Mayor Sam about Jack Hoff but he didn't respond. I am glad to see Jack Hoff gone. I also believe Jack Hoff was the one posting all the fart comments to get sympathy for himself.
Some people slam Zuma but he's a far better blogger than Jack Hoff. He should come back.

Jack Hoff had a lot of people fooled and a couple people actually contacted Zuma Dogg to go to bat for Jack. I NEVER came off my position and you said I was off-base. So, I'm glad it's over and the truth comes out. Maaaaaaaaan, that was a speech about Lou Gehrighs disease. That BETTER have been because Hoff already decided he was quitting the blog, and not directed toward anyone, trying to make them feel bad. That's why the blogger formerly known as Jack Hoff will never make it in the way he want to. You can joke about ZD being crazy and all, and I play it up, too...but I do think Jack Hoff is actually serious off balance. Remember that Zuma called it months ago that Jack Hoff is Off. It seemed to me that there were two different Jack Hoff bloggers. The one that we saw in the last month was snotty and his posts made no sense. They weren't funny and he had a lot of nerve rating comments, most of the comments were better than him. He posted photos that I didn't understand, made jokes I didn't understand, and named people I have never heard of. OK so it was from a different time but when he explained it still was stupid not funny stuff.
