I commended CM Parks for his motion to audit all non-profits -- AND even "thanked" and commended Jackass for his EIR motion on TV 35, without adding any passive agressive "stink". And many other examples that you won't allow yourself to recognize because you have a "filtering" problem that causes you to "distort". See Milton Erickson "Patterns" and Bander/Grindler "Neuro-Linguistic Programming" (NLP).

Did you read this thread? And now, I just learned a HECK of a lot about who is behind what.
Signs are getting clearer on whom Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa plans to endorse in the U.S. presidential race.
While he has been courted by all the major candidates, he has been the closest with the Clinton campaign - dining two weeks ago with the former president and Sen. Hillary Clinton while in New York City.
Now there is word that one of Villaraigosa's most-trusted political aides, Michael Trujillo, is going to work for Hillary Clinton as field director of her California campaign.
It's quite a move up for Trujillo, who got his start in politics as the youngest city commissioner ever under former Mayor Richard Riordan.
Trujillo has held a variety of campaign posts and most recently managed the successful campaign of Los Angeles Unified School District board member Tamar Galatzan.
It's sad -- folks don't realize he's just a trust-fund kid who drives fast cars and goes to the best parties.
Why people on this blog have made it their life's mission to knock him down a notch is beyond me.
He seems to only rise with each passing campaign.

Yes, people are hearing about the recall campaign and the website is being e-mailed to all organizations in Weiss district. You can have all the money, be an elected official, have a nice family and still BE CORRUPT. I don't know of any elected officials that are good leaders, nice people, do things for their constitutents and their job. They have all become selfish, arrogant, too political and power hungry just like the morons we have as mayor and council. They need to look at the film BOBBY and see what a "REAL" leader was all about. Too bad we'll never have those type of leaders especially in LA. Tamar will ultimately prove to be Antonio's bitch... she owes too much, and she doesn't have the experience or chops to use political judo and get around him...
Smart money says keep your eye on Vladovic. He's been in the education trenches for a long time... and is long enough in the tooth that he doesn't have to be anyone's bitch.
Vladovic is the swing vote now.
He has more power than anyone on the board, regardless of who is president.
Antonio is going to have to kiss a lot of Vladovic ass, and it won't taste good.
Tamar is irrelevant.
The reality of a slim majority of four is that each of the four will have his or her pet projects, and they will get done.
The further reality is that the three who have enjoyed the power for so long will soon be gone, rether than become irrelevant, as they soon must be.
In the next election, Antonio will elect one or two more, and then the leadership will emerge. The person best able to continue to put together temporary blocs to get the agenda moved will emerge as the leader.
It is way too soon to predict just who that will be. You need not be the President to be the leader.
But whatever will ensue, it's going to be a great spectator sport for all to watch, played out on a public stage.
Unfortunately, Antonio is in league with the devil: GOP privatizers.
He cut this deal to become Governor... but he may soon find out, just as Dick Riordan did, that deals made with the devil are renegotiated hourly.
Antonio will throw money at these races, but might just find that the deal has changed.
I certainly hope so.
Antonio has proved himself to be much more corrupt than the average bear.

One such Florida sot even told me with pride how his nephew just got elected to an NC board. This same sot told me in the same breath that said nephew had just come into the famil business, savvy?
And at the same time, one of the crew got a call from someone at Cal State Disneyland asking them how much they enjoyed their tenure on their NC board. One must wonder what parting gift Dame Sarno hath wrought.

Amd whoever is trying to get me to bite on the Tamar 4 LAUSD President...common. Although I do feel she may be more "independent" than Vigarossa would like -- and maybe she has sent the signals that she won't vote in Muppet Monica -- but don't try and extend the story, in hopes of calling me offsides, and losing credibility, by saying that Tamar is going for the Presidnecy herself.
Even on my most "blazed up" days, the fact that she has never set foot in a school as an educator, or even as an LAUSD parent, and has ZERO experience as a boardmeber would seem kind of silly to even mention.
But that doesn't mean Loserosa has to call the rescue squad to try and clean up this mess.
And to the Teddy Roosevelt guy...kinda seems like you are describing the way you sit and monitor my every word and try and come up with some weak spin on me, personally, but are yet to score a point on content of the issue.
And the reason I am not a critic, is this: Siskle and Ebert are critics. The movie is done, it's before the public -- and they "critique" it. They are not trying to get the director to re-shoot a scene. They are not trying to change or improve things in anyway. So they are critics.
I, on the other hand, am doing research, attending meetings, interviewing experts, and reviewing legislation, then use the media as "leverage" to try and create change. It's called activism.
Now you will say I have had 0% effect and nothing has changed one way, or the other. And to me, your opinion of that is irrelevant, because you are merely and obsessed, insecure, fear-based critic -- who is sitting on the sidelines, while reality cameras will be showing up at City Hall Tuesday morning to capture the player in action. You can watch it when it is released and critique it.
