AUDIO: ZD Speaks with Richard Riordan & The Mayor Calls In "Drunk" on KABC
Sounds like the Mayor was drunk and smoking chronic, just like Zuma Dogg, when The Mayor; Richard Riordan and Zuma Dogg called into Mr. KABC (with Kevin James) on Nov. 7th:
UPDATE (11/14/06): A fan of the Mayor emailed ZD to say Mayor Antonio DID NOT hang up on purpose, but his cell phone simply cut out. Here is the response from the great Mr. KABC himself:
I know his cell phone didn't cut out because when I called them back, his assistant (a woman) said, "What the hell was that? We didn't agree to talk about Special Order 40 - we were told Mayor Riordan would be on." I told her that Mayor Riordan was talking when Mayor V. hung up. And you can quote me. - Mr. KABC

Villar has a reputation for drinking. This is not anything new!!!!!
