The People's Daily Online reports, "Officials of a Los Angeles community [West Hollywood] are expected to consider Monday a resolution that instructs local police not to target adults in possession of small amounts of marijuana or smoking the herb in private."Hmmmm..... I'm seeing a pattern here. Legislature passes a law. Executive doesn't like it. Executive declines to enforce it. Law is a sham. Repeal via nonenforcement.

West Hollywood has just proven to nation what a bunch of pot head losers they are. What does it say about a person who has to do drugs to enjoy life? They've just opened the door for all the gang bangers to visit their little city and invade their homes to steal. Everyone knows people who use marijuana don't just have a "small amount" and they usually have cash. Good luck when your crime rates go waaayyyyy up. Oh by the way gang bangers are homophobic assholes.
