Aguilar Craps All Over Civil Rights Movement
He's already got problems with members of the press being beaten up outside his school, but now Academia Semillas del Pueblo principal Marcos Aguilar is disrespecting the work of folks like Rosa Parks, Martin Luther King, Thurgood Marshall and the entire legacy of the civil rights movement.
In an interview with the website, Teaching to Change LA, Aguilar was asked to reflect on the legendary Brown vs. Board of Education Supreme Court ruling, which integrated schools in America. Here are Aguilar's remarks:
In an interview with the website, Teaching to Change LA, Aguilar was asked to reflect on the legendary Brown vs. Board of Education Supreme Court ruling, which integrated schools in America. Here are Aguilar's remarks:
If Brown was just about letting Black people into a White school, well we don’t care about that anymore. We don’t necessarily want to go to White schools. What we want to do is teach ourselves, teach our children the way we have of teaching. We don’t want to drink from a White water fountain, we have our own wells and our natural reservoirs and our way of collecting rain in our aqueducts. We don’t need a White water fountain. So the whole issue of segregation and the whole issue of the Civil Rights Movement is all within the box of White culture and White supremacy. We should not still be fighting for what they have. We are not interested in what they have because we have so much more and because the world is so much larger. And ultimately the White way, the American way, the neo liberal, capitalist way of life will eventually lead to our own destruction. And so it isn’t about an argument of joining neo liberalism, it’s about us being able, as human beings, to surpass the barrier.

Don't worry Mayor Sam, Romer will be "dealing" with little Marcos post haste.

Mayor Sam
So what's wrong with this school. It runs exactly the same as LAUSD schools minus the name in espanol.
The truth is white people are racist and when a brownie speaks his mind, you crap all over yourself!

You go Aguilar!

I dont understand why this is even posted here...what did you plan on accomplishing with posting this here...oh and Romer's a loser.

Romer was on kabc this afternoon briefly (with Larry Elder I believe) in damage control mode, saying this incident is under investigation. Sounds like he can't wait to retire.

It was Huizar peons who blew whistle on Adadameeea Seeds from town.
Huizar is Republican by heart and Democrat by paper.

Mr. Aguilar, Are you involved in Neighborhood councils?

I heard Aguilar on the radio essentially defending what happened. He said that since the KABC reporter, Sandy Wells, had a still camera with him, "there was concern" about Wells taking pictures of the kids at the school and doing unseemly things with them. He also said that schools had to be concerned about terrorism. Ha ha! A defense fit for La Eme. It seems as if the gangster educators panicked that morning and may have ruined any colorable defense they might have been able to come up with: someone associated with the school also called the radio station and essentially implicated Aguilar in ordering the attack. Too bad for Aguilar that KABC has caller ID and that the best way to deflect attention from something is not to try to intimidate talk radio reporters who are interested in exposing that something.

Samuel, you racist fuck. You see, white folks like Sam always try their damnest to divide and conquer. We all know Aguilar is an idiot, but Sam has to post an potentially inflamatory statement Aguilar made. He does this to try to cause some division between blacks and latinos in this online community.
Here's why it won't work. You see, Samuel is a former Huggy Bear operative, and I beleive, a failed real estate agent in the San Fernando Valley. He is as pasty white as they get. He is also a republican. Republicans are lead at the national level PUSA George W. Bush. Bush, as you may have heard, doesn't care about black people. And it is obvious he doesn't give a shit about latinos either. So Sam, your divide and conquer shit won't work here. Last November, an impressive coalition was built around this state to put an end to republican right wing rule, and we kicked ass. This year, were going straight for the terminator's throat, and there's nothing you can do to stop the inevitable.
Go suck Huggy Bear's dick, you white devil!

Luis is that you? It's me, Antonio. When I take over the LAUSD I'm going to make sure that people are "more sensitive" to the needs of the "urban immigrant community's" "educational" requirements, so this kind of thing doesn't happen again.

Huizar's a Republican? I like him better already.
George Bush is behind this media investigation? Wow. He's more powerful than I thought.
What are you guys smoking? Some of Adam's sensemillia?

Where do these people come from who post? This whole Latino divide thing is funny. I've said this a thousand times there are many Latinos in this city who are educated and are sick and tired of the illegals wanting a free ride on our dime. This story is important because it shows the racist mentality of a "principal" at a school with small children. What is he teaching them? Certainly not how to get along with your fellow man regardless of color. He's sending us back 100 years into the slavery era. Aguilar needs to be removed.

Why would any parent want to send their children to a school like this? Their kids will grow up functionally illiterate, unable to advance to higher education, and incapable of understanding American society. Plus, the children will grow into adults who can only earn minimun wage, or less, if they can get work competing against the illegals at Home Depot. If I was an immingrant parent (legal or otherwise), I would never let my children get a second-class education.

None of you have children at the school..so why would you make blank statement's with nothing to back them up..You do not know what is being taught in the school...nor what the school really represents...None of us want our children to be intimidated or harrased by anybody with a camera trying to make some news and some publicity for himself...What does the so called "attack" have to do with school...Our children are getting a good education they will come out of this school speaking english, spanish, mandarin, and nahuatl..Now how is this racist? but i will say that most of what i have read here in reference to the school and it's community is without a question racist.....We need more school like semillas del pueblo..and more principal's like Agulilar who care about the safety and well being of our children.

One enema for Marcos Aguilar, coming up!!

Marcos is dead meat. An investigation is currently underway, and I have done some investigating myself. Let me just give you a hint....this school is supposedly a non-profit organization. But certain elected officials from the top on down are lining their pockets. The LA Raza Development Corp. is heavily invested in this school, as is Aguilar. I don't want to give any more 'hints', but all hell is going to break loose soon!
Anonymous said:
What elected officials? You got to be kidding!
We don't know of any politician lining pockets in El Sereno. Have you asked El Sereno Neighborhood Group their take on this racism?
Anonymous said:
Doug McIntyre is not letting up on this. If the thugs thought mugging a reporter would quiet this down, just the opposite has happened. This school is now a huge blip on the radar. Tune into KABC 790 next week for updates.

Raza Development Fund; awarded $4.2 million
Raza Development Fund (RDF) plans to use the grant funds to expand their Partnership of Hope Fund, through which charter schools are offered low-interest loans. Thomas Espinoza, President of Raza Development, said this grant would allow RDF to increase the size of their average charter school loan. The 5-year plan is to finance 30 school projects with an average loan size of $1.75 million, and an overall leverage ratio of 11:1 on the grant funds. RDF will use its network of 180 affiliates to make loans nationwide and will target start-up or newly operating charter schools. Since these funds will add to the existing Fund, RDF expects that the benefit to charter schools will realized immediately. RDF is a wholly-owned subsidiary and support corporation of National Council of La Raza and is the country’s largest Latino CDFI.

Let's look at this another way.
If the reporter was Hispanic/Latino and tried to interview a school with 99% white kid and mugged.
La Raza would be outraged and ACLU would be all over the story.
HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!

Look at it another way you say?
This incident outside the school and the schools philosophy can't be racist because they are manifestions of an oppressed reality. Ask any professor. Go to Cal State Northridge or UCLA. They will tell you that calling someone "gabacho" "gringo" "yanqui" is not racist. Racism can only be practiced by those in the oppressive societal structure.

I'm oppressed so I'll commit crime and be forgiven.
Yea right! There are laws, obey them.

Marcos Aguilar is a gold plated phony. Someone with a teacher's degree should know the correct spelling of principal not "principle" director that he has failed to correct on the Adobe postscript version of his sessionist academy's website.
Aguilar simply wants to collect the money from the state by enrolling students in his bogus academic program.
It was the Mayans who invented base 20 math not his vaunted Aztecs. Teaching the native indian dialect only prepares his studtents to become members of the Mexican gangs and for jail time.

The language being taught in this La Raza school is NAHTUAHL. This is the official language of every mexican in the prison system, and it is the most widely spoken language among mexican criminals.

I am so tired of this Latino/Hispanic crap. I am an American, who happens to be of Mexican ancestry. So what does that mean? Who the hell knows...It could mean anything. I know that I am American. Latino/Hispanic didn't exist when I was growing up in the 50's....I have allegiance to this country....Don't forget the repatriation...Mexico gives a shit about you now and always will...Que Via the United States of America....

This is exactly why our people will always be marginalized, due to people like aguilar who try to brainwash people that don't know any better. He takes hold of the working class, undereducated and indoctrinates them into some cult they don't even understand. The language of business is English not Nahuatl. The language in Mexico is Spanish and English not Nahuatl. Why don't you ask President Fox and his cronies why they don't implement social and economic policies that will help stop working Mexicans from crossing the boarder? He has his nerve coming into our country and asking /telling us how to take care of his people.....he is just trying to make his job easier, and of course he wants our billions of dollars these "illegals" send to his country...that equals less for him to do and more for them to take...Frankly, let some other foreigners work in agriculture...what about the russians or the chinese...send the Mexicans home and let someone else take over.....because someonw will

Who in the hell is Aguilar speaking on behalf of when he says "we".... As an American of Mexican ancestry, he certainly is not speaking for me and I am sure..Many other Mexican - American feel that way too. Frankly, it's about time we drop the adjective (Mexican) and just call ourselves what we are American..nothing more but nothing less. Why don't Mexicans and other illegals stay and fight in their countries of birth for social and economic rights and freedom...they despise the USA,but they are here>...they'll get shot in their country...right, so at least have respect for the county that provides you with the lst amendment ...even if your not "American" I know if I lived in Mexico, even if I am of Mexican ancestry I would have any rights, because my parents were born here and so was I....even if your born there you don't have any rights... fight for th

I sure am not a proud american when all we do is Kill people from poorer countries and exploit cheap labor in these countries, then we become "paranoid when we feel that brown people are taking over". Immigration coverage is a joke and a way to scapegoat the little people while our killing machine government continues to fund billions in a useless war. For what?? I am tired of right winged criminals!!!
